I have the most games for my NES and Nintendo 64 followed closely by the PlayStation 2. The only reason why I am saying NES is because I have a 500 game homebrew cartridge with a bunch of games for the NES on it. (mostly homebrew)
But as far as individual games go it's gotta be the Nintendo 64 with 107 individual games. I always liked the N64's graphics and the feel of the games.
The least amount of games I collect for has to be the Super Nintendo SNES

Most: PS4 by a lot especially if you include PS Plus games. I consider them a part of my collection even though I haven't added them all to my profile.
Least: GBA with just one game Pokémon Ruby. My original GBA and original copy of Ruby. I sold the rest of my GBA games a while ago.

Most: GBA with over 130 games
Least: Game Gear with 4 games.

Most: Xbox 360 - The first console I started to game on properly and typically buy new releases for.
Least: GBA - The only game I have for it is... Jackie Chan Adventures. I'm so ashamed lol

Most: PS2.
Least: GameCube. since the system was given to me as a gift I found a few great games that interest me.

Most: PS2 (380) - It's my 2nd favorite system of all time and just has a ton of excellent games on it.
Least: Atari 2600 (1): My one and only 2600 game is ET. I bought it as a gag years ago and other than that I have literally zero interest in the 2600.

Most: PS2; PS2 has so many great game and such a huge library, not surprised.
Least: Sega Saturn; Almost every game I have interest in on this system is far too expensive.

Most goes to the 360 for two core reasons:
1) It was the console I was playing when I got my first job, so with the influx of cash, I could build the collections without waiting for a birthday/christmas present.
2) I love achievements and wanted to earn as many as possible, which requires having access to as many games as possible. And while I could rent the games, I couldn't justify the price of a rental compared to just buying the game outright.
As for least: PSP. Everything I've gotten is from being able to keep the demo units and games from the store where I used to work.

Most - PS1 (250) I started doing a lot of small jobs while I was in school during this time and I pretty much spent it all on games. Then later I was big on importing Japanese PS1 games to play and to add into my collection.
Least - GameCube (16) I used my GameCube solely to play Zelda and Resident Evil games. But if I get an opportunity to start collecting for it and to play some titles that I missed, sure I wouldn't mind.

I have a homebrewed Wii that has all games for NES, SNES and Genesis, so technically NES in that regard.
If we aren't including homebrews or emulators then my answer is PC, sitting around somewhere between 100 - 120.
If we aren't including PC in all its various incarnations then my answer is again NES. This is primarily due to a huge lot that I purchased a few years ago, but the last big lot I purchased was also NES, which grew that set by another 10 or so titles.
Least is Sega CD. I have one game. I was at an outlet retail shop and they had a boxed copy of Prince of Persia for $1. Couldn't pass it up.

Most: NES (123).
Not sure how I got that many NES games. I figured it was because when I was younger I didn’t do as much research as I do now to make sure the games I buy aren’t crap, but after looking through them, there’s actually very few real stinkers in that group. AD&D Heroes of the Lance is the only truly legendarily bad game in that bunch, and that one was a gift.
Least: Wii (1)
A few years ago, I realized I hadn’t played my Wii in about 3 years, so I sold it and all the games to a co-worker. Then a couple years later, I became obsessed with finally playing Rondo of Blood after hearing so much good about it. I couldn’t get an emulator to work right, I have no interest in buying a PSP, and I sure as hell wasn’t shelling out the dough for a PCECD plus the game. I discovered that I could download it for cheap from the Wii store, so I bought a used Wii so I could do just that. I planned on re-buying more games for it, mainly because my kids are reaching video game age, but so far RoB is the only one I have.

Most: PS2. This title has so many weird and interesting titles, it was just before the introduction of achievements and the death of things like gameshark, so experiences were still pure. It may not have aged well, but it aged better than PS1. And it was during my informative years, so I'm largely interested in checking out the things I missed. Also, the controller doesn't suck. I also have a lot of SNES, N64, PS1, and 360 games as those were my platforms of choice during their respective generations (N64 and PS1 co-exist because N64 has a small library and relatively few multi-platform titles.)
Least: I have a few platforms with only one or two titles, they are the least because they are obscure and I only have titles because I just sort of stumbled into having a single game or two for free or next to nothing. In terms of platforms that I actually have and have what I would call a collection for... I'd say Sega Master System. I only have 27 games for it and I've bought a few games for it in recent years. I have a lot of other platforms with fewer games, but I either don't really consider it a collection per se or it's just obscure or has a small library or quite frankly I don't really care about it. Like my Arcadia 2001 collection, it's like 7 games, but the total library is like 20 games.

Most is by far my Atari 2600. But I feel like that's not fair because the console came with 120 games. So behind that is my Xbox 360 with over 20 games (mostly CODs). I've had it since I was 6, and I occasionally still pick up the Games With Gold if they look interesting.
Least is the PS2. I only have 5 games for it because it was really just a hand me down from my dad for my sister and me when we were little. Also, I technically have one OG Xbox game, but I don't have the console and I just play it BC on my 360.

Most: PS4 by 1, due almost entirely to Limited Run Games feeding my need for physical copies of download games.
Tied for 2nd: Atari 2600 & PS2. PS2 due to being my first console out of high school, when disposable income was high. Atari due to just being cheap to get.
3rd: Sega Genesis, due to being the longest continuously owned console in my collection. I've still got most of the games from when I was 9.
Least: Microvision. Becuase let's face it, it's not exactly the most fun system.

Most: PC (Steam sales)
Most Console: Xbox 360; Best system of its generation, massive library
Least: Playstation 1; To me a lot of PS1 games don't hold up terribly well today and the good/important ones can be pretty pricey

The Wii U. I've got 96 titles on disc and was hoping to perhaps have a complete set one day. It's pretty low priority now though since I feel like I own everything valuable and worth having.

Most: PS2 (250) because they are all over the place and it is my favorite system
Least: 3DS (11) just now starting to find them at yard sales

Xbox 360 has the most because I was heavy into online gaming at the time and I didn’t need to install the games.
N64 has the least because I never bought the system to play them

Most- PS1- 1265. Going for the complete set and it was my first console ever so that's why I have the most for PS1
Least- Sega 32X- 2. Don't plan on adding too much more but I only have 2 games because I just picked one up and there are not that many games for it in the first place!

Most: PlayStation and Saturn, both tied at 188 games
I have a special appreciation for collecting Saturn stuff so, I always try to own more games for it than for other systems. Even though it is currently tied with the PS1, I own much more accesories and variations of the Sega console than of the Sony one, so I consider the Saturn to be my largest (and most important) collection.
Least: Apple Bandai Pippin, only one game (and one software)
Well, of course it has to be the Pippin. I've never found game for it the wild other than Gundam Tactics: Mobility Fleet 0079. I've seem some other titles being sold online, but I'd never pay the equivalent to like US$300.00 for a school uniform quiz game (yeah, it exists) or for a point-and-click adventure featuring Anpanman...

Most: Gamecube - 21 games
No surprise here, as it's my favorite console.
Least: 3DS - 4 games
I haven't really had the extra cash to delve into the games I want for this system.

MOST - Nintendo DS with around 560-ish titles.
LEAST - WonderSwan with 1 title
Don't know why DS is so dominant in my collection other than games being readily available and easy/cheap enough to acquire. I have plenty of shovelware titles for it and when you're getting them for $1-3 a pop, they tend to accumulate rather quickly. I could make the same argument for my Wii collection. :P
As for the WS, I have/had every intention of collecting for it but never got around to it. I was stoked to hear it might be compatible with the DreamCast like the Neo Geo Pocket was but that didn't turn out. Also, it never got a US release and I was importing less and less by the time of its release so it got put on the back-burner of my collecting desires.

Forgot to add which system I have the least for, that is the PC Engine / TurboGrafx 16. The games are just so damn expensive but I've enjoyed the titles I do have.

Most: PS3 with 69 games (including one not logged in this site's database but I'm too lazy to enter it myself... it's Demon's Souls but the Korean version)
Because there are a lot of great games from that generation, including many exclusives I love (BlazBlue and Disgaea come to mind immediately). And so many of them are cheap right now, so I'm playing catch-up in getting all of the ones I really want.
Least: Nintendo 64 with 5 games.
Because it's the newest console in my collection, and while I have a list of 15 more games I need to collect sometime, I'm not in any hurry to get them. I'd like to get games for all my consoles, not just one.
And I know better, know that I should distinguish between GB, GBC, and GBA, but I tend to think about all of those consoles as a collective since I only own a GBA SP. So for the sake of being 100% accurate, the least is actually GB, since the only game I own is Super Mario Land.
(Actually the least games I own for any console is 0 since I don't have any Atari games, or any XboxOne games, or and Genesis games...)

Most is xbox360 1238 games going for full set almost there.
Least is atari 5200 1 game just recently picked up system.

Most ps2 at 373: It's only the console with the largest console game library of all time while others not even come close, seriously is there any system that comes even close to 2K titles ps1 with 1500ish maybe? Maybe the ps4 if the indi scenes goes even more crazy than it is today? ::)
ps2 is over 3800 titles.
least C64 1 title: no reason just picked it up randomly.

Most: Switch has the most physical titles I think, with just 15 carts (I have a whopping 2 digitale games). It's really grown on me. Also Some downsizing was done as I moved around and such. Hopefully that'll change soon. Otherwise it's my steam account obviously lol.
Least: I have one game boy game, Pokemon Blue. I also only have one Wii U disc right now, Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival.

Most: PlayStation 2, which is not surprising since it's my favorite console and has a plethora of fun titles.
Least: Wii U. I have Xenoblade Chronicles X and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse.

Most is PC by far. And to consider the 703 put into my collection here, it does not count non-game related software that I own, or the games that I cannot determine enough info to put into the db... perhaps there are a dozen or so in that category. While my first console I had was the Master System, and later the NES, those were things that we mine but at places other than my home. And none of those systems or games were retained. My first real gaming machine that I had owned at home was a computer, and I got into it right at the right time, with Wolfenstein 3D and the FPS boom of the 90s.
Ther are many platforms I only have 1 game for: 3DO, Coleco, VIC-20, GBA (this is a lie!), Vita, Wii U and ZX Spectrum.
Of those, I do own a VIC-20 and a GBA, the others I do not own those consoles.

This is due to owning a PC for the majority of my life, with consoles entering and leaving my life but PC remaining a constant.

I have a shitload of 2600 games. So many in fact that I’ve never actually counted them. Gotta be near 300 though.
As far as the least. I only have the pre-loaded Safari Hunt & Hang On for the Master System, I have zero cartridges for it.

Most: NES at 83 games (105 if I count Famicom games). It's not my favorite console nor do I have any nostalgia for it, but for some reason I've ended up with quite a few NES games over the 11 years I've owned the console.
Least: Atari 5200 and Collecovision at 2 games each. I don't own either console but didn't want to pass up getting Nintendo games on a non-Nintendo console.

Most: NES The actual count is “shit load”
Least: I have 1 PSP game. Just one lonely Castlevania with no system to play it on. I think I remember buying Megaman X Maverick Hunter, but I don’t have it listed.

The NES makes up 10.7% of my collection with the most games. This is probably because it's a nostalgic console for me, there are an absolute ton of games for it, and for many years I could find them at very affordable prices quite easily.
Atari Jaguar makes up 1.2% of my collection. Mostly because I stopped buying games for it soon after I bought the console. Likely because the games are too hard to find, more than I want to pay, and the library is so lacking I can't think of another game I really care to own for it.

I have the most games for the PS2, and I'm still getting games for it to this day.
The least are mainly Nintendo consoles. The GameCube for instance mostly has games that I already own for the PS2, but then again I tend to buy Nintendo consoles for their exclusives anyway.

I have the least amount of games for the Nintendo Pokémon Mini, becuase there's only 10 games released for it worldwide.
But more in the spirit of things- I spend the least amount of time collecting for the Game Gear, due to the difficulty of seeing what's going on (screen blur and all that.) I picked up one with a Mcwill screen awhile back, but I still haven't gotten into it properly. I think PS4 just edged out Atari 2600 for most. I have a large number of Atari games becuase they're cheap. I have a large number of PS4 games becuase they're still being produced & I'm a sucker for boutique publishers like LRG. I'm running low on space though, so anything I can get on Switch or Xbox One, I do. Switch is catching up damn quick!

Most is Gamecube at 80 + all the game boy stuff because of the gameboy player. Honestly it's the system that made me truly enjoy playing games
Least is technically a tie both are at one game each. The Sega CD32X with Night Trap being the only game i have that requires both the Sega CD and 32X. the other is the Philips CD-I with some Christmas game that was gifted to me despite never owning or showing any intrest in owning the system so most of the time I forget i even have it.

I don't collect as much games in general, but PC has always been my biggest "collection", even if I don't count the dozens of digital games I own. I still have a number of my old PC games in a CD case and I've casually been collecting PC games for their boxes, because I think PC game are way better than most console game boxes, due to the lack of uniformity. I know some might disagree with that, but I look at it like a library and how most books aren't going to be the same, so it makes them all stand out more compared to everything having a matching shape and color scheme with small text on the box being the only standout element.
Least might be Switch. Not just because it's newer, but I generally find that there aren't as many games that interest me on it. Outside of the rare exclusive, I only play on my Switch when I purposefully choose to play a platformer game on it, because usually it's not gonna run any worse and those types of games are great portable, the few times I need it that is. Bloodstained was an outlier with this decision lol

Most is xbox 360 with over 1200 games because it was a great system even with all of it's problems (red ring)
Least would be atari lynx with about 10 games because thier hard to find in my aera.

Most: PS2 at 158 games as this was my main console for some time and definitely the one I had the most enjoyment with.
Least: PSVita at 4 games. I didnt really enjoy this handheld compared to the PSP so I never game two shits buying anything beyond what I have.

Most: PS3 (293) - I've found the PS3 a joy to collect for, I think the main reason is due to the Blu-Ray Layered Disc which is scratch resistant and makes for buying Pre-owned games online less of a gamble! Plus a lot of the games have been dirt cheap aroudn this time period and Unlike my PS2 which is my 2nd highest in my Collection (at 241 Games), I can hook it up toi my HDTV with ease :)
Least: SEGA MegaDrive (2) - I don't own the system, picked these 2 Sonic games up at a Charity Store for cheaps :P
