Title: (opinion) We Members Should Start Welcoming New Comers Again

I've noticed a lot of newcomers making  their 1st and 2nd post on the forum lately, and a ton more are reading According to my research members used to welcome new forum posters all the time. Do We Still have a welcome thread? I have been trying myself to give them a warm welcome.

There is already a pinned “Intro thread” for new members to post in and introduce themselves.

I knew it was somewhere I just didn't know where. thank you, I ran a search with the word welcome and nothing came up

I think having an introduction thread makes more sense that doing individual "welcomes".  It let's the person post and introduce themselves, if that's something they want to do, but if they don't want to to draw attention to themselves they don't have to post.

Even if you don't plan on using the forums that's how you change your picture site wide

I don't plan on welcoming every single person though
