The second one looks like Jet Pack not Jetpack.

I submitted what I could into the database, but it could use some more edits I don't have my own photo and I don't currently own a copy of this game its

That is not a game, it is a compilation. It is "Jet Pack" however it can use a name like this: Jet Pack: MiG-29 Fulcrum / F-22 Raptor / F-16 Multirole Fighter.

thank you for the find @tripredacus  :) unfortunately it is probably on a hard floppy disc I'll let someone else get the game, It's a really great game I'd recommend the full version of it to anyone who is interested, it has a single player mode and lots of level on the full version. and even an editor to create you own bunch of levels. :)
