Title: Games with minor differences (Barcodes, box art)

Do I make "New Item" entries for these?
Example:
I made this one:

This one has some pretty big differences...

But I have a few others with only minor changes:
https://vgcollect.com/item/51924 My copy of Summoner (PS2) only has a different barcode? (4005209039826)
https://vgcollect.com/item/42325 My copy of Freak Out (PS2) has different front box art! (It looks like this one; https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps2/516669-stretch-panic/images/153550 except that the image has a white border around it...) And a different barcode (5036675002549)

Looking forward to your replies! Enjoying the site so far, sorry if I'm messing up with my first entries. Region differences are annoying!

Every different box can be in the database. But read the stylguide for how.
