This thread is have a list of international classifieds websites that can be used when researching. If you know any that have been missed, reply and we can add it to this post.
1. You can do individual country search on any Ebay by using Advanced Search and choose located in, however some items may not show up due to the Ebay you use and what your location is. For example, people who sell from say... Germany but only ship to EU will have listings that won't show up on Ebay US but will show up on an EU Ebay. Also, when searching on international using advanced, make sure to change Item Location option from Default to Worldwide.
2. Some language knowledge or use of a translator is needed as these are all localised websites.
3. Although not listed, it seems that there are active Facebook Buy/Sell groups for many cities (countries) around the world.

Geo-online was extraordinarily useful when searching for JP PlayStation artwork which included the obi strip.

For Québec you can add lespac.com, its popularity is going down in the last few years but is still a place where you can find video games from private sellers.
For France, leboncoin.fr is the #1 classified ads website

Apparently many other countries have their own Craigslist hubs. There is a list at the right side of every region's Craigslist page that groups each country with a Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe, Middle East, or Oceania categorization, although I've only found South Korea's hub—in addition to the already-listed United States's—to be active across countries with large gaming communities.

Added those except the taobao since the link you provided doesn't have a search option. If you can find a search option I can put the link. Also no links to any site that does not have any used game listings, or requires a membership or an app to search.

That's odd. For me, the link forwards me to Beijing's hub. I can type in a generic search like "ps4" and find relevant results like this one (https://bj.58.com/tushu/46129166336795x.shtml). However, I haven't had much luck with other search inquiries, whether in Chinese or English, so perhaps it isn't worth adding to the list anyway.
Though not directly related, some time ago I did find a great market resource for Iranian games, but it is strictly an online storefront not comprised of classifieds. However, resources like this seem helpful for research in not well-documented regions. Is it worth compiling this information too?
Edit: Although 58.com seems to be rather finnicky with its links for those visiting outside of China. I managed to open it successfully from VGC after several attempts.

58.com uses a lot of cdns that are not on all DNS servers. For example, the site cannot be correctly used with 4.4.4.4 but can with 8.8.8.8.
For outside resources like shops or other websites, I keep a list myself that is in my personal worklog, to get to "some day" so you can make a list if you want but it is not particularly what this thread is about.

Also put a note about Facebook groups. When I try to find a classified website to use for searching, to confirm and to put on this list, I typically search google with:

As this usually will find a thread on reddit where someone asks for a site to buy or sell used items on. In many of the responses I see, people say to look at x city Facebook because there are groups. Certainly this is the case, I know of those groups for my city, but apparently there are many cities around the world that have a lot of people using Facebook for this kind of stuff. Even Czech Republic or India and probably every large city. There have been some instances where I was not able to find a country website but know such FB groups exist.
If you know how to find these groups, you can post instructions here. I am not certain it would be viable to list out those sections in this thread.

And for proxies / package forwarding services in Taiwan I would recommend LetsGoBuy! I ordered from them in the past, all you need to do is to give them the links for the stuff you want to buy and they will order everything for you even if you don't have an account for x website. They can also merge packages, repack everything the way you want it, special shipping requests, and they also inspect every package they receive and they take videos of every item to make sure you're satisfacted with the item.

Added these two only. The buyee.jp has no search field and seems to be an aggregate that uses the other services shown on their site. The proxy service from Taiwan is out of scope for this post. This post is to list sales websites that can be used to primarily research products, not to actually buy them.
If you have experience with proxy services, you may want to consider doing a thread in General. Then people can say if they have used them before and if people have questions about how they generally work, they can be answered there.

Stinks about Dragonbit, I think that was actually a store that sold used things rather than a classifieds site. We can open the list up to good store websites like that if you come across any.
Took the time to sort the countries alphabetically instead of by region. Should make it easier to find something now.

Well Dragonbit was primarily a game store, and had more content regarding older games (primarily photos) available in South Africa more-so than OLX and Gumtree. For the US, we already have Ebay which is the biggest source we can find and even CL probably isn't needed. Goodwill and Salvation Army do not really add any value to the US list, but stores like that for other countries would be worth adding.
tl;dr: Dragonbit got to be on the list because it was more resourceful than the online classified sites, and that can be the model for getting added as a store. For US, you have to beat Ebay (good luck).

I also found the site Wallapop (https://www.wallapop.com). Their headquarters are in Spain, but the site has featured sub-categories for larger cities depending on which language you select at the bottom-left of a selectable homepage. However, it seems that the search results remain the same. Maybe it should be added as general Europe option?

My test of Spain vs UK wallapop showed different results. You can limit by country in the drop-down. I just put the 4 different regional domains onto the list and all the rest of those that you posted except for the Czechia Bazos because it was already there.

If the list is opened up to stores I think https://www.webster.it/page_videogames.htm could be an alright source for the Italy section. While a lot of the images are watermarked (and occasionally cropped), it does help to identify if Italian variants exist, barcodes etc for more recent consoles.

No to that Webster site. It uses stock photos. Also, do not use barcodes from sites like that. Verify on actual images instead. Often those sites will have an incorrect barcode enough of the time that they cannot be trusted.

The message also lists having cookies disabled is another reason for not being able to access their website, but I've tried with two desktop browsers and one mobile browser which all have allowed cookies for the site and still have no luck. I guess I'll just have one less resource. :-\

While its (Kind of) already listed, it may be worth also adding https://archiwum.allegro.pl/kategoria/gry to the Poland Category. Essentially it is just archived listings from allegro. I've used this many times to find some of the more rarer variants of games as these listings typically cover a wider time period.
Eg. Using the Ended function on the term "disney ps2 cars" on the standard allegro website provides 20 results, while the archived site provides 223 results

We don't have it, or allegro. I can't get to the site from here to verify it.
It seems like a bit of a mixed bag - The websites description translates to "We offer a wide range of goods from Poland at reasonable prices and in the shortest possible time. Allegro catalog in Russian. Delivery of spare parts from Poland."
I'm assuming its moreso just an importer using allergo.pl but a few of the items I couldn't seem to match
