Title: Bug Fix - Item Page - Developers / Publishers Order

There was inconsistency between the view and edit pages for the items pages for each game (or item). I've fixed that to have the Publishers above the Developers on both pages so that it's not so confused switching between the two.

Oh, so it was unintentional? lol I thought it was some sort of design choice or something. In my mind there was no way it could have got unnoticed for so long, it just had to be on purpose. I had gotten used to it  ;D
