You have to sign up, confirm the first e-mail, and then wait about 10 minutes for a third e-mail with a code to redeem the game.
You have to get every free game in order to get them all. If you miss one you miss the rest. You don't need to keep each one installed just make sure you "purchase" each one for free.

They seem somewhat related.. at least two games they have listed as games they have published were given away via QubicGames and the first No Gravity Games free game has the QubicGames logo on the eShop trailer but I don't know?!
