Wow, 4 days into the month and no pickups thread yet. Crazy times we live in :p
I'll start!
Limited Run Games did their end of years blowout sale today and somehow managed to grab every game I wanted despite rampant bots, resellers and limited stock on their leftover games. I grabbed the following:

My first purchase of 2022 is Super Metroid for SNES, one of my all-time favorites that I loved playing on emulator.

I'm on a bit of a hold while I play catch up with finishing up Mass Effect 3 and Guardians of the Galaxy. I may pick up Enter the Matrix (PS2) given the new movies release but time will tell. I'm hoping that Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge is just around the corner.
It's very likely that the PS5 upgrade for Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy will be my first 2022 pick up. As they didn't add any story or bonus features, I'll only be doing the $10 digital upgrade path.

Picked up X-Zone and Yoshi's Safari for SNES today to round out my collection of Super Scope compatible games.

My first purchase of 2022 is Super Metroid for SNES, one of my all-time favorites that I loved playing on emulator.
So damn good. Easily a top 3 of all-time for me. Congrats.

Combination of stuff I got while out of town and on the way back, all are from game stores.
The top row are games i got from the somewhat local game store; they are pretty far from me so I typically only get around to visiting their store once a year or so. They were significantly under priced on all three games. Border Down was about half its current ebay price.
As for the bottom row they were bought from one of the worst game stores I've ever been to. Pretty much everything valuable had no price sticker on it and if you wanted to know the price they'd look it up on ebay and tell you the highest BIN + 50% to 100% more. It was insane. Luckily they did have some stuff priced and I managed to catch them slipping on all three for $10 each.

Macross scramble valkyrie, very stoked for this one wasn't hungry with even lose cart prices being that high but awesome to score one for cheap for the collection
No manual but the box is in excellent shape plus I didn't expect to get it otherwise. I've got to say it is indeed one of the best shootemups on the system, I do really enjoy the gameplay mechanics of this game.
Chrono trigger Box manual and the 2 posters, no cardridge. Very pleased with this, overall excellent shape didn't expect to score this for cheap during the times when this game is hyped as hell. Carts are a dime and a dozen had a couple in the past I'll score one someday. no registration card but I can't complain beggars can't be choosers.

I met up with a local collector who decided to downsize recently. He gave me first dibs on his boxed N64 games and I ended up snagging these for a good price. The PS4 games in the second pic were games I snagged at a local used media store for a good price + a $10 off coupon which made them an even better deal.

Yeah I will do, I actually haven't even played Dishonored 2 yet but that is something I want to change this year! I do miss this fad of putting decent sized DLC campaigns on physical releases, it at least meant they put mnore effort into the DLC.
