The description indicates that https://vgcollect.com/item/223180 (https://vgcollect.com/item/223180) and https://vgcollect.com/item/223183 (https://vgcollect.com/item/223183) comes in blue keepcase and https://vgcollect.com/item/223181 (https://vgcollect.com/item/223181) and https://vgcollect.com/item/223184 (https://vgcollect.com/item/223184) are in red,
but I own (3001883-AC_S2G) and (3005334-AC_R1), bought them new and sealed, and both have blue keepcase,
also, if it matters, I never saw these games in red for sale.
Any thoughts?

When I add that kind of information to an entry Description field, I generally base it on after finding multiple copies of that detail being present.
With that said, I can't find any sealed copies of either Marvel's Spider-Man or Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales currently being sold with a red keepcase. However, I have found two live listings (1 (https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-2035289008-ps4-spider-man-trilogia-3-jogos-originais-completos-_JM#position=35&search_layout=grid&type=item&tracking_id=76281284-5063-416f-85ed-0873823799a3), 2 (https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-1346982008-ps4-spider-man-marvel-original-midia-fisica-_JM#position=18&search_layout=grid&type=item&tracking_id=951723b0-41d3-4621-91a9-931fc9901767)) where they are unsealed.
For now, it's not important for any of the four listings you mentioned to include the detail regarding the color keepcase they were packaged in since there are other differences between each pair, such as back item number. I've updated all four entries to disregard keepcase color information. If we can later verify that the items were sold in red keepcases, the entries can be updated with that information again.
