Title: LaserDisc?

I've never used one but I want to try one out.  Anyone used a LaserDisc player before?  If so, how is the quality compared to DVD?

I don't know all the technical stuff about the laserdisc but I have about 250-300 movies in my collection and I love it. I love the Nostalgic feeling  of putting in a laserdisc and just watching it as film was back in the day. That's just me I like retro though. Someone else can chime in about all the techy stuff. :)

I don't know if the quality is better or worse. It is more annoying than DVD because you have to flip the sides and it does not auto-stop when it gets to the end of a side.
