Japanese OutRun for Game Gear, Genjin Collection (Bonk's Adventure 1&2 plus a minigame assortment), Pocket Monsters Red and Green, French Crystal, and German Red.
I'm sure other people here have much bigger collections, but I wanted to share mine!
Two games I really want are Trip World for GB (a JP/EU exclusive) and a German copy of Landwitrschafts-Simulator (Farming Simulator) on PS3 for shits and giggles.

My Saturn collection is all NTSC-J. There are several reasons for this, but the two biggest are it is way more affordable then collecting NTSC Saturn games and there are way, WAAYYY more great titles in the Japanese library that never saw release outside Japan. Sadly I have trouble playing the RPGs because my Japanese is not that great, but the system has plenty of action, platform, and SHMUPS to keep me happy.
I am also planning on collecting Japanese Dreamcast games once I finish my NTSC collection. There are about 30 games I really want to import for it.

The only imports I have are for Super Famicom and I got most of them since they were considerably cheaper than their SNES counterparts. My collection so far:
Front Mission Gun Hazard CIB
Rockman 7 CIB
Kirby Superstar CIB
Castlevania Dracula X CIB
Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden 1 2 and 3
Goemon 2
Rockman X X2 and X3
Shadow Run
Sparkster
Sonic Blast Man 2
Super Bomberman 2
Super Metroid

I only have two Japanese import games right now, A Link to the Past for Super Famicom and Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64. Price wise, they are actually fairly cheap with how much I got them for from a retro shop. Didn't even plan on getting them, but I think they make for a nice fit with the collection being that they are both boxed. I want to get some more if I can, mostly just the cartridge ones.
-
As far as import games that I WANT, the only 2 I can think of are Magical Pop'n and Do Re Mi Fantasy on SFC. I can't read a lick of Japanese, so whenever I consider getting any Super Famicom games I always do some research before to see if the game has an english text option or, if not, make sure that the game is not dependent on having to read text to figure where I need to go, which unfortunately means most of the RPGs are out of the question for me.
-
I don't own any import games but some of the few games I would like to have are:
JAPAN
Black Matrix 00 (PlayStation)
Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation (PlayStation 2)
EUROPE
Divinity Anthology (PC)
Konung: Legends Of The North (PC)
Konung 2: Blood Of The Titans (PC)

Lately I've been LOVING the Japanese imports. A lot of things are just so much cheaper. I just got Gun Nac for 20 dollars. Smash Bros Melee $20, Mario Kart 64 CIB $5 dollars, Smash Bros 64 CIB $15, Link to the Past CIB $8, Yoshi Island CIB $12. A while back I got a Orange Spice Cube for $15 then I soldered my own region switch into it and voilà. I own alot more stuff too just not at those awesome rates. :P
Now's a good time to pick up imports; before the Retron 5 hits.

I have a couple imports. Rushing Beat for SFC, which was released as "Rival Turf!" in US. I also have the EU version of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings for DS. That was an accidental gift...but the NDS is region free so it's all good.
I'm looking for quite a few Imports but one in particular is "Mario and Wario" for SFC.

Most of my Neo Geo collection is Japanese, the price is insane for American versions, a $15 dollar Japanese version will be $2000 for an American version.
A few Saturn games, Strikers 1945, marvel super heroes vs Street fighter, X-men vs Street fighter.
Im really looking for Astra superstars
A couple Ps1 imports Gunner's Heaven, Policenauts
I don't know if the FM Towns counts as it was only released in Japan

I have a few Canadian NES games. I'd like to get some Famicom games at some point, but I've never seen one in person before.
-

No joke, just eBay auctions. In comparison to American games there just isn't that many people collecting Japanese stuff.
-
I've been trying to a get a hold of some of the Indian (yes the country) exclusive titles with no luck. (Not even on E-Bay). At least two games based on Bollywood movies (RA ONE, Don 2) for the PS2 and possibly PS3??? and Street Cricket 1 and 2 for the PS2. I have no desire to go to India so if anyone could point me towards some state side retailers that might sell these, I'd really appreciate it. I also enjoy porting Japanese action games (J Stars Victory Vs, Sengoku Basara 4) but i mostly stay away from RPGs and visual novels (my most favorite genres) due to the language barrier.

Super Galedlic hour (JP ps2)
E.X. troopers (JP PS3)
Galgun (JP PS3)
No More Heroes: Red Zone (JP PS3)
Photo Kano (JP PSP)

Have:
PS3:
Ni no Kuni (German ed., game completely in English)
Any difference on this? Id be interested in looking for one for myself if there is anything different about it.
-
I REALLY want the Boku no Natsuyasumi series, granted while I probably couldn't be able to play 1, 2, or 4 (1 and 2 being I don't have a JPN PS2, since 1 was on PS1 and 2 was on PS2, nor do I have any 3rd Party software to play them, and 4 because I don not have a functioning PSP, 3 I can play just fine, though the series is Japanese only....), it looks like something I'd really enjoy.

Not really - different game cover art I suppose. Basically after getting the game I decided I *really* wanted the Wizard's Ed. for the book, but of course it was long since sold out (and everyone who had supposedly bought it was in the middle of fighting Digital River over their canceled orders...). So I did some digging and discovered the German Ed. was still taking preorders at the time and was completely in English (including the book). So I got it for just barely over $100 and was very happy about that. :D The only thing different from the 2 CE's (German vs US) is the German one came w/ the book & Drippy plush, and I think the US version had one other thing - a coin or something. Oh, and the artwork is identical on the CE box as well, there was a slipcover over it w/ the German ratings, etc. but once you remove that it looks like the US one from what I've seen.

I have a bunch of uh, "grails" from Europe I'd like to pick up:
Robocop (this was ported to the Xbox and sold in the US)
Miami Vice (Sold overseas, but not over here)
As for what I have, most of them are European versions of games that got released over here in one way or another, but the one I like the most is Tintin: Objectif Aventure (France). It's got multiple languages and it's one of the weirdest PlayStation ports I've ever seen. The game is basically the PS1 game with very little modification. Most of the assets and configuration files are exactly the same. It also runs perfectly on Windows 7, the devs really did a good job with it.
-
