Title: Guilty Pleasure Songs
Post by: htimreimer on May 31, 2014, 04:31:30 am
excluding the obvious ones, what are some of the songs that you know are bad but you cant help to just love it

for a song called einstein, this is one of the dumbest break up songs i ever heard and its comes from one of the best singers of this generation yet i cant fined it me to hate this song, it takes itself so serious and tries so hard to be tough but it doesn't realise that its stupid, vary vary stupid

Ain't It Fun by Paramore (or really any Paramore song, but mostly that one)... Whenever it comes on when I'm driving I crank it up and sing it at the top of my lungs... I also have a mad crush on Hayley Williams.

I second Bwigdahl about having a crush on Hayley Williams.

Billy Joel's Piano Man.  Not a fan of his music, except that one.

Billy Joel's Piano Man.

There's a difference in a guilty pleasure and a great song.

True, but isn't the fact that a person who doesn't like every song of an artist or band, except one, considered somewhat of a guilty pleasure?

You know I'm surprise I missed this one. I gotta say basically anything by Dream Evil. Cheesy Power Metal at it's finest.
"so why don't you get, down on your knees. and I bless you with my Flying V."

Ohmygod....where do I even begin?.....I'll just submit a small handful of songs, as my music tastes are all over the place....

"I Stand Alone" by Godsmack
"Hypnotize" by Notorious B.I.G.
"More Bounce To The Ounce" by Heavy D & The Boyz
"Push It" by Static-X
"Master Of Puppets" by Metallica
"Zero" by Smashing Pumpkins

I have waaaaaaay too many guilty pleasurable songs to list, which has been a result of me having been a DJ back in the day.  ;)

All I'm going to say is on rare occasions I still listen to Limp Bizkit. Yes I hate myself for it, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy some Boiler Room and Nookie occasionally . . .oh god. . .
