This is very minor but it has bugged me for a while so I thought I'd throw it out there - can we have the drop-down list for the year in the date field go from highest to lowest instead of the reverse (which it is now)? I would think *most* new additions to the database at this point are new releases, and I am pretty sure when adding a game to your collection most people are adding stuff they just picked up. Having to scroll all the way down to get to "2014" at the bottom of the list, while admittedly minor, is still kinda annoying. :P :)

While I'm sure there are more important issues to address, from my limited web design knowledge I don't think this would be a complicated change either so... :)

I'd say that pairing this up with the implementation of the alphabetical game search ability would be a serious win for conveniences' sake! ;D

May I suggest a today button? Or having it auto populate with todays date, then you can change it of course... would make life excellent.
Also while we you are on a roll... any chance we can edit an item in our collection directly from the item page without having to go into our collection then to the item to do so?

I would love this as well, especially if the same feature were available when we add a game to our collection and have the option of putting the date of when we purchased it.

Maybe you didn't see the thread that I'm thinking of, Matt.
The idea was - instead of some systems having hundreds of pages of games - and, say you want to add/find a game that starts with an "S"; instead of needing guesswork to estimate the page #
- Have an alphabetized list at the top of the page, so you can simply select "S" ;)

Everytime I sell/trade a duplicate game on craiglist I tell them about VGCollect.com :)

I was just adding & editing the (PS4) game "Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor"
--AND--
when I went to add the 'date purchased'...it was still listing this year at the bottom & last, instead of on the top & 1st :o
I figured that you'd wanna know ;D

I just sorted these the other way. Most recent year should be first.
