The judge threw the case out and pretty much trolled Billy-Boy when she stated "The television character does not match the plaintiff in appearance: GBF appears as a non-human creature, a giant floating head with no body from outer space, while Plaintiff is a human being. And when GBF loses his title, the character literally explodes, unlike Plaintiff."
I guess this guy is just desperate to keep his name in the news in some fashion.

I have never even heard of him until now. Interesting and hilarious article.
I wonder how much Billy is crying right now.

See "The King of Kong" when you have a chance. A great documentary, and Billy Mitchell is a big part of it. He's an odd and hilarious character.

I think Peter Dinklage's character in Pixels was based on his attitude. LOL.

This I would believe. He is close in appearance too.

The episode is four years old. He must be really desperate then.

Not necessarily. Sometimes a company or "representing interest" will do lawsuits just to see if they are heard as a matter of practice.

Yes! I watched The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters to write a report on it for my Freshman writing class! It's a really good film

I've met him a couple times. He's a really cool guy. I bet he's not too fed up with getting thrown out of court, he seems like the kind of person who takes everything in stride.
He's nowhere near as much of an asshole as the movie made him look. He's just a snarky sarcastic type who can easily be edited into being the "bad guy."
