I'm guessing it will be around $15USD for airmail (from NZ to US). Don't even think about courier - it's way too expensive >_>

In terms of shipping from US to NZ, I can just have the parcel posted to the NZ Post Warehouse located in US and let them deliver it to me in NZ (so I pay the postage in NZ$ instead - the current exchange rates are killing me >_>)
