Title: Gaming setups! What are yours like?
Post by: tuet0ne on April 15, 2016, 08:55:54 am
Hey guys I recently went down to Ikea and finally sorted out my gaming setup. What are your setups like?

You can check mine out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eudhdP7aCO4&list=UUnLBpuFZwsZkFZCbSzvb9ZQ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eudhdP7aCO4&list=UUnLBpuFZwsZkFZCbSzvb9ZQ)

There's a thread stickied under the General and Gaming>Gaming sub-forum for just this sort of thing where you can post pictures of your setup but then you wouldn't get any hits on your YouTube page. :P: http://vgcollect.com/forum/index.php/topic,271.0.html

I did click on the link and while the video quality and editing are very good, the video itself is rather short and only offers a tease look at your setup. It's like you showed me the Steak & Potatoes dinner on the menu and brought it out to my table but took it away before I could take a bite.  ;)

That said, I personally would have preferred it if you had spent a couple of minutes going shelf by shelf in a more detailed fashion instead of the quick panning and the snapshot/blurring/fading style that you went with in that video.

Haha, I honestly never click on Youtube links unless there's a really compelling reason to do so. I personally find most YT videos to be pretty bad, and usually about 3 seconds in, I'll decide whether or not to just close the whole window.

If someone posts pictures of their setups, however, I'm happy to look at those :)  Extra points for cute cats ;)

XRGB-Mini and a 40 inch TV. Enough said.
