... this made me realize that I'm not getting any PM notifications anymore. Is anyone else having that problem?

You need to go into your profile and allow email notifications. Though I still don't get notified when someone replies to one of my threads.

I was getting notifications almost all the time for threads, but they seemed to have stopped. I haven't received any PMs since the upgrade so I can't comment on that.
