Who is cooler? :D
Which would you rather have? A giant drill capable of shredding through rock walls and slaying foes by ripping their insides apart from the inside out so gruesomely :)
Or would you rather have a space grade cool looking arm cannon capable of shooting bio engineered solar bullets and projectiles at things strong enough to destory military grade robots and weaponry? :D.
Both make for great self defense but i think i would choose big daddy because of the practicality of being able to ore for diamonds and gold as well as working for demolition and carpentry. The arm could get you in many reputable professions. I would ore so many diamonds. :)
Which arm do you like better? For both you would get to take it off whenever you like. :D

With mega man being able to absorb powers, I'd have to go with mega man.
