Title: Do german releases count as EU?

Just asking, since sometimes the covers are different.
The text on the back and the age rating are different too.

Yes.

However, if the game has regional differences like you mentioned, it should get a separate entry, which is typically distinguished with the [DE] suffix if the title is unchanged from the original.

Well the UK is still in Europe.  At least I think it is???
