Why is James Bond 007: From Russia with Love listed here as "007: From Russia With Love " when everywhere else including wikipedia it is called James Bond 007: From Russia with Love? I just had a name change request denied to change it.

Wikipedia is not a trusted source.
Either of these titles are valid here:
007: From Russia with Love (from Mobygames)
From Russia with Love (from GameFAQs)
However, the actual title of the game is: From Russia with Love starring Sean Connery as James Bond 007

Do you know if this site is any accurate? https://psxdatacenter.com/psx2/ntsc-u_list2.html

Gamefaqts is right with this one in my opinion. But every site gives his own interpretation to these kind of titles. Many use 007 in it to make it easier to find.

Sure, but it is not a site we use to help determine which titles are put on games in the database. You can put different names from other prominant sites into the alt-name field to help with searching.

I just looked the game up and they even listed it as that on the case's spine. Oh man, what were they thinking? Surely must have been a stipulation from Connery's people in exchange for using his likeness.
