I'll be submitting changes myself but going to provide additional context here:
Multiple versions of the PS1 NA Tarzan game exist:

https://vgcollect.com/item/6470 (Disney's Tarzan - Collector's Edition (part of a set))
https://vgcollect.com/item/25152 (Disney's Tarzan - Greatest Hits)
A fourth version exists of https://vgcollect.com/item/6469 that is published by Take 2
I'll be renaming #6469 to just be "Disney's Tarzan" to be in line with the other versions,
and adding a description line that says "This is the original release (published by Sony)"
and I'll be adding another Tarzan game that is the Take2 release:

Edit: Maybe instead of putting the stuff about it being a rerelease and original release in the description, I should have put it in the title.
