Hang a crap ton of fishing hooks down from your ceiling. Then drill small holes in each one of your games and hang 'em up on the fishing lines. Have you're whole collection hanging down from the ceiling. Alphabetize them and organize each letter section to be at different heights.  The higher the ceiling you have the better the results.

To me it would only make sense if it went toward hosting game servers. In reality it doesn't. It's up to the game studios / publishers to host their own game servers, or develope a peer to peer hosting system.  Subscriptions pay for download hosting and backend stuff. It's expensive to get that infrastructure built, but otherwise.... it's kind of a rip off.

I would put it up for a charity auction.

Either that or make a YouTube video of me crushing it was some kind of industrial equipment.

lol. Foresight?

Do you think the publishers care at all? Games are just a consumable that companies pump out.  If anything, it's a good thing. It allows publishers to create remakes and sell you almost the same content again.

The same thing happened with a lot of radio and early TV shows. They're just gone and not many of the creators cared about it.

This is what I love about some PC games. Some games give you all the server files so you can run your own server and even make your own rules and mods. Even if official support for the game stopped ten years ago, people can still play the game.  It's great if you want to play a couple rounds with your friends years later. Just a couple weeks ago I jumped into a Day of Defeat server and there were people still playing it. - A game from 2003!

Unfortunately this is starting to go away. - At least with AAA games anyways.

I would want to see Aero Fighter, aka Sonic Wings.

I still by 78rpm records from the 1920s.  Older things do become more niche, but not forgotten.

There's a really bad Rage 2 ad that just came out.

I found a bug. I'm uncertain if this is a new issue or not.

It involves sorting collection by platform.  When sorting by the Game & Watch platform it will display not only items in that category, but it will also display items with Game & Watch in the name. In my collection for example, it's displaying Game & Watch Gallery games on Game Boy and the Mr. Game & Watch amiibo figure.

I haven't bothered to look further, but it maybe possible other categories have this issue.
