Site Feedback / Unable to add images to games

I'm trying to add box art to a game in my collection that doesn't have any. Usually this works fine by selecting a .jpg on my computer that I've downloaded. Now I get a black screen load and it just says "Could not copy".

This is my biggest suggestion for this website - it is the most glaring missing feature.  I am nearing 1000 games and it's very disappointing to have to click through pages and pages to find the right part of the alphabetical list where the game I'm looking for is.
