I've got a few Not For Resale games for the Wii, which don't seem to be insanely uncommon and are in the database

Interesting. Could you get the "RVL..." codes on the back of disc for those?

I'm interested in what revisions these discs have. Could anyone that has any of these discs post pictures/transcriptions of the "RVL-..." code on the back of their discs? That's where the revision (a one digit number) info is.
