Video Game Database Discussion / Information Already on File ?

I am trying to get the Disney Infinity figures updated to match the style guide as mentioned in a previous post. I submitted a bunch of changes yesterday and they were rejected saying "Information Already on File." What does this mean, this would make sense to me if someone had beat me to the edit but the title did not get updated.

Thanks for any help, I am just trying to get these all corrected.

The title says "Hawkeye - Disney Infinity 2.0 Figure" and I updated it to" Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes - Hawkeye"

Thanks for the responses it looks like there is a lot to fix under the interactive figures then because it looks like most of the figures are named similar to the falcon example.

is named "Falcon - Disney Infinity 2.0 Figure"

but

is named "Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes - Venom"

It seems to me that the Venom one should be called "Venom - Disney Infinity 2.0 Figure" to be consistent with the other figures in the database. I submitted the change but it was rejected. Can anyone tell me why the Venom one would be named different?
