Yeah, it's been pretty slow. Good to know what's going on for a fix though.

but what is going on to fix it? I see they say they are looking into it but no real explanation beyond that. This speed issue along with the site being down the other month makes adding anything to your collection on here a frustrating experience. I've been on here for 7 years and I've loved the site (even outwardly suggested it to people who have joined) but the last 6-12 months it feels like it has fallen into disrepair and I am starting to look into other options.

The lack of response to this has made my decision easy to move my main collecting database elsewhere. Truly a sad day but thank you for the last 7 years!

Thanks for this. I was able to get my CSV!

It's disappointing that there isn't more transparency with regard to what is going on. I am starting to look at alternatives
