I recently used an hdd low level format to wipe an old drive before selling it, and it made the process dead simple. The software is reliable and saved me from leftover data worries. For your new build, if you repurpose any storage, running that tool once ensures a clean start without hidden issues.

As for the message you received on the PSX emulator, it's an interesting concept, isn't it? If it's indeed legit that owning a physical PlayStation console grants you the right to play ROMs on an emulator, that could be a game-changer. It might actually be a fair way to preserve these old gems for future generations. I'm not sure about the specifics of this "special file" and its legality, but it's certainly a topic worth exploring. And I also think that the future generation can try to install modern windows 10 key, and then games can run from different devices. It'd be great if it helps us keep these classic games alive and accessible.
