In the images you've provided here, box back art is not shown for any of the items. Since the entries you've submitted don't either, have you been able to confirm corresponding information otherwise?

Donkey Kong Land does indeed have the same UPC code as the first rerelease, and it itself has the same UPC code as the first release of the game. The only difference with the E version's back is that a notice for being "Compatible with Game Boy" and the Super Game Boy icon was added (the SGB logo itself being removed from the front of the box, and the cart). It also still has a copyright year of 1997 (this was never updated, despite the E rating design, and the rerelease as a whole, being from 1999).

As for SML1 and SML2, the Videogamesage thread says their backs are 100% identical to the original KA rereleases, and that includes UPC codes as well as blurbs.

Oh, that's how you do it. No wonder. I'll go and make the new entries really quick right now

I'm sure we all know the Game Boy has a few Player's Choice titles, but what not many know is that four of these games actually got reprinted in late 1999/early 2000 with the newer E rating.

They are:
Donkey Kong Land 1 (DMG-YT-USA-2)
Donkey Kong Land 2 (DMG-ADDE-USA-1)
Super Mario Land 1 (DMG-ML-USA-2)
Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins (DMG-MQ-USA-2)

Out of all of these, only Donkey Kong Land 2 has an entry on this database (https://vgcollect.com/item/287536), likely because it's the most common out of the four. Attached below are the official boxes of these particular rereleases, which I found on Videogamesage, as well as three of the relevant cartridges that match to these releases (again, DKL2 is already in the database). Thanks. (I have no idea how to properly attach images to these posts as I'm new here)

I've quite a lot. Ahead of time sorry if the way I list stuff looks messy. This namely has to do with the dates of when particular Game Boy games were rereleased with the Player's Choice label.

For Street Fighter II (https://vgcollect.com/item/262408), I had the date 8/31/1998 rejected.
However, this archive of the Nintendo website's page for upcoming GB games (https://web.archive.org/web/19980610043054/http://www.nintendo.com:80/gb/gamelist.html) has Street Fighter II's Player's Choice release date as August 31, 1998.
The Smurfs (https://vgcollect.com/item/24592) and DuckTales 2 (https://vgcollect.com/item/14139) are also listed as October 12, 1998.

For Mickey Mouse Magic Wands (https://vgcollect.com/item/14261), I had 5/18/1998 rejected. Once again, this date was posted onto the official Nintendo website for upcoming games (https://web.archive.org/web/19980224223555/http://www.nintendo.com:80/gb/gamelist.html). Tennis (https://vgcollect.com/item/10782) and F-1 Race (https://vgcollect.com/item/83831) were also listed as May 18, 1998 on this page, and Kirby's Dream Land 2 (https://vgcollect.com/item/139826) and Super R.C. Pro-Am https://vgcollect.com/item/60043) are also listed as June 1, 1998.

For Mega Man II (https://vgcollect.com/item/10647), I had 2/9/1998 rejected. And once more, this date was posted onto the official Nintendo website back then (https://web.archive.org/web/19980205055204/http://www.nintendo.com/gb/gamelist.html). Golf (https://vgcollect.com/item/27470), Wave Race (https://vgcollect.com/item/27471), and The Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle (https://vgcollect.com/item/14090) were also rereleased on this day.

Finally, for Mickey's Dangerous Chase (https://vgcollect.com/item/14263), I had 11/3/1997 rejected. The official rerelease date was found in the Nintendo Source Book from that year (https://archive.org/details/1997-nintendo-source-book/page/n3/). The Little Mermaid (https://vgcollect.com/item/14245) also has this date. Also listed are Donkey Kong Land (https://vgcollect.com/item/95599), Dr. Mario (https://vgcollect.com/item/24910), and Metroid II (https://vgcollect.com/item/27472), all with the listed date of 9/2/1997.
