Star Trek Voyager -(Currentyly Season 3): Second time watching through this series, quite enjoying it this time.

The Flash - (Current season): I like this show, but it seems like it might be nearing it's end.  :(

Twilight Zone the 80s series - (Season 2): So far a good mix of serious/goofy episodes.

General / Re: Is collecting games still fun?

Its still for fun for me. I have been collecting for about 15 years, but don't have a big collection. My goal is to get games I like and try out new games I never had/knew about and I am constantly "curating" my games. If there is a game I don't like, I would rather get rid of it. Also for me it is about playing games, not just collecting them. I want to be able to like every game I have (at least to some degree.) Sometimes that means only the artwork  :)

I have met a few celebrities. Some at conventions and some "in the wild" so to speak.
The most memorable were:

Arnold Schwarzenegger at a bowling alley, totally cool guy although I was about 10.
Jesse James (the car customize guy), very cool dude.
Brian Billick sat next to me on a flight overseas and seemed very much like a normal guy.

(2) NES Top loaders complete with controllers and hookups and 50 games for $60 in 2003. Before that just had about 2 or 3 gamecube games and console, basically restarted me collecting.  :)

Usual suspects:

X-Men
Turtles In Time
Simpsons

and

Sunset Riders
Cowboys Of Moo Mesa for good measure 8)

Modern Video Games / Re: How important are graphics to you?

Generally I don't care about graphics. I was playing some Sniper Elite 2 on 360 and someone commented on the graphics compared to COD on XBOX One X, and honestly I don't quite notice that much. However, I find it difficult to play some older 3D games from mid 90s and earlier.

I paid 5 bucks for twelve 2600 games at a yardsale, which seemed like a good deal. I don't even own a 2600, so I gave them to a friend who does. So if it seems like a good deal, then perhaps I would buy more. However like other comments, I am not really into anything pre-NES.
