Site Feedback / Issue changing page
« on: June 03, 2015, 05:31:20 pm »
I'm using advanced search and I'm searching for Amiibo and setting the category to interactive figures [NA]. When I get the list back, it shows there are 3 pages, but it won't actually change to the two pages when I click them. Anyone else getting this issue?

This link should take you to what I was seeing.

I myself do not have a PS4 yet, so I haven't invest in Type-0 yet, but here's a great deal on the strategy guide for those of you looking forward to this release!

Video Game Deals, Sales and Promotions / 16GB PS Vita Memory Card - $25
« on: December 17, 2014, 01:49:11 pm »
I'm told that these things rarely go on sale, so now's the time to grab one if you need it! I don't have a Vita so I'll be angry when I eventually get one and didn't jump on this deal.

Video Game Deals, Sales and Promotions / Amazon 25% off any book promo
« on: December 12, 2014, 04:33:43 pm »
This is similar to the Black Friday deal they did, but it's only 25% instead of 30%. If you use the promo BOOKDEAL25 you get 25% off any book. It's only usable once per account so choose wisely!

I forget who I saw on here that used this during Black Friday, but they purchased a strategy guide with the promo. It had never occurred to me to do that so I was kicking myself. Welp, this time around, I ordered myself the Breath of Fire: Official Complete Works book! ;D

Fighter mentioned in a thread that he had a messed up Zelda: Link's Awakening and that anyone who wanted to try and fix it could have it. I took him up on his offer. He was very communicative and overall awesome to deal with. His packaging of the game was super as well. I think he'll make an excellent addition to VGCollect  :D.

Video Game Database Discussion / How to handle ESRB rating varients
« on: October 12, 2014, 10:18:52 pm »
I'm not sure how to handle a variant I have of Kirby's Avalanche. It appears I would have to add a new entry but want to make sure I get the title right. The original listing we have has an ESRB rating of K-A while the version I have is E for everyone. The item number for the version I have also has an appended -1 at the end so I think it's a revision.

Do we track re-rated games? I was under the impression this was fairly common in early games, but browsing through the Super Nintendo category, I don't see any variants. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Like the title says, Gamestop has these games New for 10$!

Paper Mario

Marketplace / Nintendo Power
« on: June 25, 2014, 07:48:31 pm »
So over the course of the last two weekends, I've come across two stacks of Nintendo Power magazines. The price was right, so I picked them up. They are a thing I now collect apparently!

But I digress. I have about 15 duplicates that I have no use for. Preferably, I'd like to trade for other Nintendo Power magazines, but if you're interested regardless, let me know. Here's a picture.

They are as follows:

Vol. 16: Maniac Mansion (front cover is  separated from the rest, but all the pages are there.)
Vol. 17: Final Fantasy Strategy Guide
Vol. 20: Mega Man III
Vol. 22: Metal Storm
Vol. 25: Battle Toads
Vol. 26: Robin Hood
Vol. 28: Super Mario World
Vol. 30: Final Fantasy II
Vol. 31: Metroid (appears to be Metroid II)
Vol. 32: Super Castlevania IV
Vol. 35: WWF
Vol. 39: Mario Paint (with Street Fighter II SECRET CODE!!!1!!)
Vol. 42: Super Star Wars
Vol. 43: Road Runners Death Valley Rally
Vol. 45: Pugsley's Scavenger Hunt.

I believe all of them have their posters and everything, but if you want more details about any of them, let me know and I'll be happy to get back to you.

I saw this deal at groupon this morning. Seems like a good deal? If I had some extra cash I'd probably get one.

I know there's quite a few Atelier fans in here, and since I've been wanting to jump into the series, I figured this deal was worth it!

Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky preorder on PS3 for $20 from gohastings.

Slickdeals Link.

Don't forget the promocode EARLYBIRD for free shipping!

Gosh that's a long title. Anyways, Amazon has it for 15.15 right now. Seemed like a good price so I jumped on it!
