General / best place to find used games?

i read forums from different sites and people are saying swap meets, flea markets, thrift stores. I live in the la area and went to a few. some sellers jack up the price and when i try to haggle, they wonnt give in. one seller tried to sell me a loose sega saturn for $350. i'm reading other peoples post saying they got 20+ nes games and a boxed nes system for like $40. where is a good place to find these deals?

In the past, I have bought a few sealed games from completely different sellers. When I got the items, the packages seems really light. So I go ahead and just open them, test them out, they turn out to be fakes. The prices I got really cheap. But its been years later and was wondering how to identify real from fake.

I'm trying to get some games. The price is more than triple of what it's worth. I tell them to use the pricecharting.com website and then respond by saying it's made up prices by me.

I don't remember it having an E rating since that came out after 1998. I bought a sealed copy of f-zero for SNES for $12 bucks and it had an E rating. Isn't it supposed to be the K-A rating?
