Ok guys Im not trying to promote or adv my ebay account but I have 2 expensive games that I will put them on ebay on an auction listing. The listing will start on .99 cents and will end up on Thursday April 10 2014, and of course the winner of the auction will be the highest bidder. If you are interested and want to be part of let me know on the comments or pm to send you the link. I have more stuff there, but of course with ebay prices, but if you want one of them you can also can send me a offer for them. If you want pics or more info about it let me know :)

Well guys, this is my 2 thread of selling and this a little different from the other because this actually stuff from my personal collection. Im passing a hard situation right now in my life (family studies and a broken car) that I need cash. So before I went to ebay to sell this games I want to first post it here and see if one of you are interested because I know this will arrive to good collectors hands. I will throw in freebies from my other thread (the freebies posted there) and other stuff depending of the trade and people that want to buy from me ( for those that bought or traded with me).  I will post the same thread in other sites that I have been doing sellings and trades, so if anyone are interested let me know. For the shipping day, you will need to give me at least one day however If I passed more than 2 I will give you free shipping (if I dont told you a reason why). I only accept paypal. For the shipping will be $3.99 first class with tracking via usps. If you buy more I can give you a discount here. For the prices I use ebay, no amazon or pricecharting, I mainly search for the lowest prices (condition etc) and then pick that price and cut off between $5 to $10, depends on how many games you want. The condition are near excellent but let me know to give you a better detail on each one. I will add more, for example I have Zelda Ocarina of time 3d ( I need the case and manual), Pokemon Black 2 (need case and manual) and Super Mario 2 3d Land (need case and manual).

This is the stuff

A video showing the conditions etc: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYd2_0cfpn0

Off Topic / Secret Santa Idea
« on: November 27, 2013, 03:24:25 pm »
Hey guys, I'm user on other website (sega age/ also know nintendo age) that they have this thread that you can sign in to be part of "Christmas present exchange". Its a pretty nifty idea that we can receive a gift from someone that we dont know and also a surprise gift. I dont know, I only telling this to see if you guys want to make it and well we share after ours surprises and gifts experiences xD. I will past all the info that they used and again I dont made this, thanks to sega age and "Sega Santa" for the idea.

Deadline to Sign Up Dec 6th, must ship by Dec 14th.

Ho Ho Ho!
GOOD NEWS  Santa is back on SegaAGE and he brings gifts in the form of "Secret Santa"!

BAD NEWS  Santa was a little busy and started this thread late. We are pressed for time people, so if we want to play we have to be fast.
Please Note for Non-US Residents, you are welcome to join but know complications could arise. I will do my best and may contact some of you privately.

How this works is members sign up and have their names "secretly" exchanged with other members.
The participants then ship off a present to another participant, but the recipient won't know who they're getting it from or what they're going to get!

Are you interested? Read the rules below!

One -
Consider what type of trader you are. Are you reliable? Have you done trades before on SegaAGE (New members are welcome!), Are you good with commitments and timing?. If so, check out number two.

Two -
Put together a short little message for your "secret santa". This message should include the EXACT  shipping address and a small little blurb about what you collect and what you'd like to receive. Here's an example:

Hey there, my handle is "Secret Santa" and my address is

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME

Santa Claus
69 North Pole Blvd.
North Pole, Alaska
90210

I collect Christmas related games  such as Die Hard, or Home Alone, however am looking to expand my general Sega collection, cart only.
(Please be reasonable with requests, see below for a price limit.  Also it's much easier for your Secret Santa if you send a list that doesn't say, "I collect Sega games."  Without a want list or a "already have" list, you may end up with a bunch of games you already own and don't want.)

A proper list and message will ensure no mistakes are made, or problems occur.

Three -
Send the above list/message to me (Santa) via PM by December 6th (yes, that's is very soon, Santa was working hard this year)

Four -
Receive your giftee's name, address and want list from me (Santa) via PM by Dec 7th or 8th maybe sooner

Five -
Buy and SHIP a thoughtful gift to your giftee by December 14th   (All Non US participants, your gift might be a little late, Santa was very busy and didn't get this post up in time.)

Six -
PM me to let me know you've shipped your gift and done your duty as soon as it is shipped!

Seven -
Christmas morning there will be a thread for post about the incredible gift you recieved, and who your "Secret Santa" was!

And that's all there is to it!

Here are a few small pointers that will help make everything run a little smoother:

1: The price range for your gift should be at least $15-$20. If you'd like to give more be my guest, but please do not give any less. DO NOT JUST SEND 15 Madden/NBA Jam carts at $1 This is not a good present despite meeting the spending minimum.

2: If you receive your gift early open it at your leisure but do not post who your gifter or giftee is until Christmas morning at the earliest. Be gracious when receiving your gift, especially if you're hard to buy for.

3. If it's getting close to the shipping deadline and I haven't heard from you, don't give Santa any guff about the barrage of reminder PMs you're gonna get.

4. Santa reserves the right to not add a member to Secret Santa.  This is extremely rare, but I mention it incase I need to invoke it.

So let's get started and give every member of SegaAGE to have an awesome holiday season!

Thanks everyone!
 "Santa"

Note: I'd to to give credit to the CGCC www.cgcc.ca for the guidlines for Secret Santa

ALSO NOTE: If you flake out of this commitment, you will end up in the Hall of Shame, if not worse!

Classic Video Games / Best Horror Games on Ps2
« on: October 31, 2013, 11:35:14 pm »
Today is Halloween and why not make a little top ten of my fav horror games on one of my fav consoles: the ps2. I will only mention the games that I played because, maybe, I left out one or other because I never had the experience with it. Also I will post the bad and the good thing for each one. I will like that you guys post yours top ten and share the experience here on the forum

10. Haunting ground: I get really disappoint with this game. Everyone was talking: hey this game is a really good horror game, yes a hidden gem, etc etc, and for me isnt. Is adventure puzzle game that you are with a dog that sometimes a "monster" is chasing you, but you really dont get scare about it. You are ok, I need to hide now because you cant fight back, but not because you are scare. Also, doesnt have anything of horror ambiance, in fact and shitty over rated for a horror game. If you are looking to play a horror game this isnt your game.

9. Siren: It have a great potential to be a good horrifying game because have everything, ambiance, sounds etc but the story and controls are horrible. I really dont like that part of the game and to be true I get bored playing it.

8. Obscure: Have some horror elements but the game is more like a beat'em up. Is cool because you can play it coop campaign and beat everything with a bat or a gun xD. But sadly it never got me scare or that felling you are playing a scare game.

7. Silen Hill 4: The best silent hill that I really like. It have horror themes on it but isnt as horrifying like silent hill 2. I never experience jumpscares playing it but I really loved the story, the gameplay and everything.

6. Echo Night Beyond: Really good game. The puzzles and everything, I love it. Have jumpscares but the ambiance on it is not for a horror game (comparing with the next ones). But the story and puzzles on it will get you engaged on it. I actually playing it so maybe its position change xD

5. Resident Evil 2: when I was a kid and I played this game I had nightmares with it xD, zombies everywhere xD. I really love resident evil 2 for the fact that have creepy zombies and real zombies on it, not like the new zombies of this era (example left 4 dead). The puzzles I love it, the only thing to complain is the bad controls on the characters, when you need to aim etc. ALso, I cant put it in a better place in this top ten because the only thing that makes it horror is the zombies and how its looks (is a shooter game) and comparing with other ones... well you will see.

4. Kuon: Is like fatal frame, horrifying and creepy ambiance  that it have.  The only thing that I have to complain about it is the graphics, for my likes, are not too good for ps2 game and also that you can get lost when you are playing the game (I will not spoil anything). The first time I played I said wtf is happening where I go, but for the reason that is like fatal frame (the ambiance and stuff) was the reason to continue playing.

3. Rule of rose: Really good game with a lot of creepy monsters, horrifying and really creepy story that will let you play the whole game to know  what is happening. The ambiance of this game is really good that make you feel that you are playing a horror game. The bad thing about this game is the dam combat system, is really bad and frustrating,  but trust me the story and the ambiance of the game will get you so engaged on it that you will forget about how bad is the controls on it.

2. Silent Hill 2: Fantastic game, for me the most horrifying of the silent hill series. This game have psychological horror on it, so trust me you will want to shut the dam game off. The story is good and the gameplay as well. For me, if you want to play one silent hill start for this one because will give you a really good experience.

1. Fatal Frame Series: I put all three games on number 1 because is the best horror games series that I ever played. The crappiest  story (the rituals and that stuff) the ambiance of the game that you can feel your are playing something that can be real and with this I mean the sound effects on house, when you are walking, the sighs, everything. And the jump scares, wow (dam ghosts). The best thing of this game is the psychological horror of it. To be true, I never finished the first one (back then) because was so scary for me that I was having nightmares and hearing things. The best of the best, if you want to sh*** your pants play this game and then you will know how a horror game must be.

Classic Video Games / Sega Saturn
« on: October 30, 2013, 09:38:13 pm »
Well, this my little story/experience with the sega saturn. Now  I can tell that I really love Sega stuff. My first experience with sega was with the dreamcast that I played a lot like shenmue (one of my favorite games), sky of arcadia, sonic and many others. But I never played any other sega system. Well, like two weeks ago, I saw a saturn console complete in a thrift store (for like $15 dollars). I bought and bring it home, when I played a shitty sport games (nba), I really get surprised  how well the game looks, of course comparing with the ps1. I was ok, I can give it chance and well I bought D. I know is not the best game on the console but I loved to play it in it, I beat the game like in 1 hour and really enjoy the puzzle and graphics on it. When I start looking for other games I get really impress, panzer dragon, shining force, and many others blown my mind to get that stuff. The reason, maybe, I get love with the system is because the ps1 was my first own (that I bougth because I also had n64) console that converts me in a gamer (thanks to ff7) and now that I know there was another competitor bring me to that era again. That is the reason that I decided to get all the games possible for that system and the reason I'm able to trade most of my stuff that I really dont want to collect to get more games and play them on the console .

So tell me guys, why you love or hate sega :)

General / Section For Toys/Figures Collection
« on: October 15, 2013, 10:31:44 pm »
Hi guys, I just wondering, on the vgcollect there isnt a section for figures, so i just wondering if in any way it can be created. The reason is because I have more stuff that I want to put in here, like my Final Fantasy Figures collection and other anime stuff that i have. I know this page is more for videogames but I want to have all my collection database on one place. This is only a suggestion, thanks :)

General / Having too much games and don't know what to play
« on: August 20, 2013, 01:10:01 pm »
This happen to me a lotttt. I have a tons of game (like you see on my collection and few others that aren't the retail ones, if you know what i mean xD) but i continue playing the same game over and over again, specially with modern games. Sometimes I have this new game and I start to play and then meehhh, i dont know get bored with it!?, so I throw away I continue playing COD online xD. I dont know, maybe is something that when you was a kid you dont work so that mean you dont have money to buy any game. Now I can get any game that i want so I buy as many I can (those one I see I would like) but when i get here in my home I never start to play it. Thats happen to you too??? Let me know your opinion and experience with it :D

General / What do you like to collect, sealed or opened games?
« on: August 19, 2013, 06:55:59 pm »
I was thinking about this one because i saw a video on youtube (Scott his name, do video game sellers videos) and he was talking about that he doesnt like collect sealed games, because he want to play it and other stuff (well you can buy 2 copies or download a emulator xD) so i was thinking why not get sealed games? which is the real reason that he cant collect sealed games?. For me doesnt matter, but I like to collect sealed games over the prowend one. For example I have Final fantasy 8 and final fantasy 9 both sealed but also i have 2 more copies of each one (black label and gratest hits) that are opened, so if I find a game that i really like, i try to find the sealed copy for the reason that is valuable and because i like the game. So tell me, sealed or opened game and why :D

Must of my games are untested and the reason why is because I read a lot of scammers (buyers in this case) that get the game 100% functional and then open a case telling that isnt working (when the game was in working order). Second, i dont have nes,n64,sega and snes, so I cant test it, however, this games are rare that are non functional, so not to be worry about it.  ALso, if you tell me that you are from here i will give you a special discount. Also all my games have make offer option, so dont be afraid and submit your offer (i will look for any offer)

Right now I'm looking for a Xbox Original console or a gameboy sp.
