Wait, I'm confused- if it's delisted, what does borrowing an account accomplish? If the proper account owner deactivates your console from his account, then the game wouldn't run becuase you wouldn't be authorized to run it. If you've bought it before, you should still be able to re-download it without help.I think that there's no problem with "deactivation" on PS3, it doesn't work like it does on PS4.

I have the EU demo if that counts for anything.The thing is that I want the game in my trophy list, that's why I would even pay for it.
However if you're just looking to play the game out of interest, the PSN version is by the far worst port available.
The arcade version of Heritage for the Future has an active community on fightcade, otherwise I'd look into the Dreamcast version.
I own the PS1 version which is considered the worse of the two physical retail releases due to some slowdown and censorship reasons. However it's the only version with a story mode which I love.
Best of luck if you're looking for the EU PSN version for preservation reasons.
