Cool! Thanks so much for sharing these with the community! :D

Since you work on the game, I've gotta ask... favorite operator?  ;D

I honestly haven't played in 2 years, so keep that in mind...but my mains were Rook [mine] and Thermite, although I loved playing Mute as well. I always prefer the support classes though  :P

So who are your favorites?

Hey folks, long time no see  :D

As some of you might know, I work on Rainbow Six: Siege... And I come to you today with some goodies. I have five codes for 15 Alpha Packs each, and one code each for in-game exclusive chibis that came with the physical figurines for IQ, Montagne and Bandit.

Shoot me a DM and let me know which code you want, first come first served  :)

(I miss you guys  :'( figured I'd at least share some love)

Congratulations on the new car! A friend of mine bought a Tesla 3 and loves it. If you're going to be driving a lot, then it's great to find a car that you love. Looks like you've got this adulting thing down solid.

Thank you! :) I still have no idea what I'm doing with my life, but I try to keep in mind that nobody does. Or at least that's what I keep hearing  :P

Whatcha been playing these days?

Doing great! Living my best life and trying to do the adult thing as best I can.

Ugh, the damn adulting thing...  :P so hard! I've recently made my most adult purchase yet, a car... The boyfriend and I spoiled ourselves with a Tesla Model 3  :) I used to think it was sad when people sold their games to pay for a house/baby/wedding...but I have to admit I've been thinning down the collection a lot to help pay for the car and save up for a house down payment. It's a matter of current priorities, I guess!

If you like rhythm games, Beat Saber is the best thing ever! I also like Catlateral Damage, although it's more of a silly party game. If you like shooters, Farpoint is a pretty good one that is set in space.

Also yes, you can use the headset to play any game. Think of it as another screen :) My boyfriend and I each have our own PS4, and when we want to play at the same time we use the PSVR. One plays on the TV, and one plays with the headset on  :P It has nice perks, like being able to lie down on your back and still see the screen.

Hi Lady K! I hope you're doing well. We need more of your loveliness around these parts.

I'm doing great, thanks :) I keep thinking to myself that I should come back more often... ugh.

How have you been? Is life treating you well?

So you can't leave negative feedback for bad buyers on eBay...seriously?!

Sorry you had to deal with that... it's really shitty. Ebay policies are crazy  :-\

Sometimes, after I finish a game that I have little to no attachment to, I consider selling it to make space and/or help with a new purchase.

I just finished Rhythm Thief for the 3DS and was not expecting it to be such a pricey game! When did this happen?!

Years ago, only a few months after it came out actually. I have no idea why though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think it had a limited release?

Props to you for beating it! I think it's an okay game, but I can't get past a level because I somehow can never get the console movement to be detected properly.  :-\

Do you have any video game habits that you can't break?

I have a habit of holding down the button next to the jump button on platformers, just because I started on and played so much Mario.

Ha, I do that as well!

Also, for 3D platformers, when I jump over a pit I always come back a bit once I reach the other ledge, if that makes sense. Like... before the end of the jump, I start going back the way I came from. Sometimes that causes me to fall. This goes all the way back to the N64 where I was so bad and always tried to overshoot so that I could correct my course, so now even if I'm right on point I still tilt the joystick back.  ::)

With all of the motion control bashing going on around here lately, I've developed a new found romanticized view of the Wii. It's helped me appreciate the novelty of the console more. I've realized that my collection has largely ignored the games that are built around the motion control element. Games that are often criticized as casual - I feel like they're worthy, and even essential to a Wii collection. Which gives me a convenient excuse to go hunting for more games, and that's always fun. So haters, keep on hating.   ;)

I know what you mean! Some games use motion controls very poorly, and they gave it a bad rep. But there are some which do it really well, and these games make motion controls' existence so worth it! Sure, the sensors in the wiimotes are far from great. But some games still exploited it very well, and it laid the ground work for better motion controls down the line 8)

Did anyone else see this?

(Penguin-kun Giragira WARS trailer)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xlZExuZO4c

Someone cared enough to make a new entry in the Penguin Wars series. Not only that, they plan on localizing it. It's almost like an alternate dimension collided with our own.

Omg that's awesome, I certainly didn't expect that! Will get for sure, I LOVE Penguin-Kun Wars  :D

I'm still not sold at all on VR. I feel like it would get real old, real quick.

Catlateral Damage on the PSVR will never stop being fun  ;)

(okay probably one day but it's hilarious with friends)

Are you going to be able to do the secret santa this year, Karyann? D:

I'm not sure yet, I love this event so much but I don't know if I could be super involved this year, and I feel like it would be boring not to participate in the discussions around it. I can't even remember if I uploaded a picture of the amazing gifts I got last year and I still feel bad about it...  :'(

Y'all are awful quiet today

I've been lurking a bit but I'm extremely busy at work right now. We lost 2/3 team leads in my department recently so I have more work coming to me, and my cell partner has been taken away from me for a few weeks so I'm all alone to do 2 people's job for a while :'(
