I've been playing it since last night. I'm only a few hours in but it's really quite a good game for the Wii (or any other system for that matter). I recommend looking for a copy in a few months when it doesn't cost $100+ on eBay (plus shipping from the UK). It's in Pal format so unless your Wii is hacked/softmodded you can't play it anyway. If you haven't heard about the game, you don't mind the steep price tag, and you have a Wii that can play Pal games check it out for sure!

Looks like the 360 exploit community is about to explode. Since they did a CPU hack no software update can see/disable it (supposedly). Seems logical. It's all just a matter of time now

Over the past few weeks I've noticed that when I start a new topic it fails to show up under the category as most recent. It seems like someone has to post to the thread in order for it to show up as most recent.

I'm seeing some really positive feedback for this game online. I'm thinking about picking it up tonight. It looks like a first-person Metal Gear Solid. Anyone played it yet? If so, what do you think?

I put in Crime Busters (unlicensed nes game) and the box art (front and back) and cartridge images came in upside down. They're not upside down on my computer so I have no idea what happened there.

General / Game Room Pics

I haven't seen a thread here strictly for game room/collection pics. Thought I'd start off the thread. Maybe we could get Matt to make a Game Room/Collection category? Would be nice!

This is my game room. It's actually fairly small. I have a decent house but all of the rooms are spoken for save the office. I'm pretty happy with my current setup besides the fact that my games are at least doubled up in the shelves. I'm going to have a custom built-in shelving unit installed next year some time that will have the correct dimensions and enough space for everything to be displayed at once (plus everything else I plan on acquiring). All of my boxes for the systems are in a closet and my PS3 is in the living room since it's really nothing more than a glorified blu-ray player these days.

I'm considering mounting the plasma on the wall and making a temporary situation with the SDTV below it. That would give me space for 2 more shelves like I already have on the left side of the room.

For those of you who used my system shelving idea, this is what it looks like with 4 shelves as opposed to 3. Also, sorry about the quality. Using the ol' iPhone and the lighting is not iPhone friendly.

Comments, suggestions, etc?

I was in Big Lots picking up a dvd cabinet today and noticed that they have the two bundles for sale. I don't know if anyone would really care to have either, but $20 isn't much. I have DJ Hero and it's pretty fun if you like rhythm games.

It would be nice to have a simple 5-star rating system for games. I don't even think there would need to be comments. Simply 5-stars and a number indicating the number of people who voted. What do you think?
