While those codes are still helpful, it might be good to see if there's a reliable marking on the board to guarantee having the fixed version.
I do know that some retro shops do this and also this is how fakes can be distributed, but this is still a heavy cartridge just like my broke old one in which said it was version 1.1 but it always reset at random
both are a black cartridge and the sticker is what you'd expect for an old game

If you are new to collecting or have a WWF no mercy for Nintendo 64 cartridge lying around you need to be aware that there is (more than 1) version of this game, (one version of this game has a nasty bug that erases all your progress at random while the other one is suppose to have this issue fixed.
Can someone identify why mine does not have the same version on the front as it says on the back?
On the back of the WWF No Mercy cartridge it should tell you but mine says it is a different version on the front then on the back. if you got the working version of this game or if you own the broken version of this video game I think the fixed versions say this somewhere on the back of this N64 cartridge

I don't really have a favorite version of game character Link. But I do know of one that is missing unless. Giant Link is also called toon link in super smash bros melee for Gamecube

Video Showcase / Can Somebody Recommend A Funny Video Game Channel On Youtube?

I like to laugh just like anyone else, but it is vary hard for me to find a YouTube channel that is actually funny. or a channel that makes fun out of video games and is actually funny. There is only one channel on YouTube I thought to be funny so far and that is "Wiggss" (link below). I think the Angry Video Game Nerd, is a bit old now for my liking so I no longer watch his show
WARNING Wiggss is not for everyone because real players and real people are getting trolled on some of the videos they made
but I just think this channel is under appreciated in my opinion. these guys are funny in my own opinion. Not all of their videos revolve around trolling or should I say annoying players online. they may not be the best channel out there in many opinion but I find most of their videos to be funny or at least amusing. Wiggss is a fun channel and is not meant for the sensitive people, and these guys crack a lot of jokes.

I have 2. and I think I have both of them somewhere. My first one was a red case with a black and white screen. and, then I got a Black case one with a colored screen. These are 1990s learning gaming laptops but some of the games didn't involve learning. Anyway someone in another thread years ago wanted to know how much they are worth, that is where this thread was inspired by htimreimer

General / Do You Get Upset When Someone Posts About Getting A Video Game Cheap?

This is probably not a good question to ask but when someone else tells a story of a good deal it don't bother me.
I've noticed I probably pissed a some of the people on here I'm guessing, it was by cracking jokes on the forum lately so I'll try to take it more seriously from now on. If you think i'm posting too many useless threads just tell me so I'll stop

If someone has a problem with you winning you can tell them this in quotes
"If you want to get better then you must continue to play with me or someone else better then yourself"
or
"If you want to help master a competitive video game then you need to at least practice with someone better then yourself (just like in real life martial arts )"
I do go easy at first but I still give them a fair challenge also tell your opponent to be patient
I take some of this back, instead of you telling new comers to be patient you yourself should be the patient one in most cases.
It has been a long time since I played with anyone. Anyway? just have fun the key word here is (to have fun) be glad you have someone who wants to play with you

Either I mess up and drag the team down and feel like everyone's mad at me or someone else on the team messes up and despite me playing perfectly we'll lose because of one tard on the team. It makes it really hard to love Splatoon as much as I want to when someone on our team disconnects at the start of the game, at that point we may as well just stand in the corner and do nothing because once that happens you've lost.
I mostly play single player too but if I do play multiplayer it's solo deathmatches and the like, those I have a lot of fun with. I usually do really well in them too, back in the day I used to come first place in every deathmatch in BioShock 2's multiplayer and I had similar success with Unreal Tournament 3. Flak cannon = victory.
Edit: Actually team deathmatch I don't mind as much, thinking about it, since I just have fun killing shit and everyone else is the same. But with team games that need strategy I nope right out of there.
I personally never actually had a problem in team coop everyone seem to just do their thing, all fighting the computer that is. with unlimited lives for everyone
with Zandronum online original doom engine but that game and engine I think is pretty dead by now. But it was fun. also used to play some online deathmatch and even used to run my own servers by uploading my IP to the main host server. and having complete strangers log on and log off the game run on my computer.
Do you like 2 player coop or team coop against a computer opponent?

little toy cars hot wheels, matchbox (etc) I can buy the things for cheap both first and second hand. But I have no where to store them, plus I don't enjoy toy cars as much as I used to I still have some from childhood but apsolutly no where to display them. there are 2 things I currently only collect CD's and old Video Games.

Today I am pretty much a single player video game, gamer. But it is always fun on occasion, to either compete head to head, or team up on the computer when a I have a video game partner in which is almost never at this moment in my life.
How about you? do you compete with someone or team up/cooperate either online or maybe offline? or nether? like me much anymore and what is your usual choice of gameplay?

In all honesty I don't like to compete against my friends or family because it causes me some tension. But occasionally I don't mind competing against lets say an adult. By the way

Site Feedback / Bug Involving User Changing Thread Option

I just made a reply and it renamed an entire recent topic on the forum home index. I was confused why when writing a reply it resorted back to what I put before the topic was changed and
somehow I renamed the thread to reply inside a reply because It was set to change the topic again by default

now the forum home calls the topic by the name of reply, the original text is called ISIS ICE. this is hard for me to explain
