Vary vary rare in my opinion all the collectors bought up the worlds stock, where can I even find Super Nintendo games anymore? I see a lot of people on this site own the cartridges but are hanging onto them and not letting any go, I rarely ever saw SNES cartridges in the wild when I was searching about 4 years ago too.

can anybody point out any SNES compilations that are being sold perhaps a ROM cartridge?
Why would I “let go” of games that I enjoy and have meaning to me?

It is funny this comment was made on a collecting site.

That said, a couple [places here have them, but I haven't looked at what they have. Retro gaming is a pretty small market here so most places dont go that far back.

I never have, as it came out when I wasn't into gaming anymore. Sounds like I may need to pick it up on the wii-u store before it's too late.

Bought? Ive bought several games for .50 each, and there used a store here that would sell games like Rock Band (And Hannah Montana, lol) for 2 for .99. I was at a game store the other day and found a 15 year old PC game in the free bin. Don't know if that works though.

Best though was around 2001-2002 a guy I met on the internet offered me his dreamcast and all the games he had for it...for free. Met him in an empty parking lot in the middle of the night.
(We knew each other awhile and we had mutual real life friends, so even though he was a relative stranger I felt comfortable) Ah to be young an invincible. Anyway, he wasn't a serial killer and I still have said dreamcast and all the games :)

Around 2005 or so someone I worked with offered me a free SNES with a stack of games. Still have all them too :)

I owned a couple NES games before getting a NES. I used to take them to my friends house to play. I knew I would get on eventually, lol

I also bought a few PS3 games (Holiday clearance) before finally getting a PS3. I also knew I'd eventually break down and get one.

I currently have 1 sealed PS5 game that I bought dirt cheap, though I have no intentions of getting a PS5.

Digitally, I have almost 2 dozen XBX/S games (Usually acquired through cross buy) despite not knowing if I'll ever get one.

I have 1 sealed PSP game, 4 sealed Vita games, 4 sealed PS2 games (+2 used), and 4 sealed Switch games. I don't have, have never had, nor do I expect to ever own any of those systems. They were picked up super cheap and I figured I'd rather have them just in case (I was hoping to get a Vita once upon a time, but not happening now)

I remove price stickers, but that's all.

Receipts? I never keep those.

I was literally just thinking about this last night...how long will the Wii U be supported. Sad for sure, but I'm grateful they are giving ample notice with a clear breakdown of what is happening when.

Thanks for the info.

These are the exact same thing, just with different titles (All the variations are list as "Dreamworks",so that one should be kept)

- Answering to @Masakarijoe

Unfortunately the game was pulled out from the Store and is not available for sale, anymore.

The only option could be install PS3Hen (Homebrew) and use it for play the full version.

Certainly wonder why they just left the game behind considering it was a quality remaster for a classic game, I could have bought it on Switch for a fair price.

Yeah, it's really unfortunate. I would definitely buy it for PS3 or Nintendo Switch, my kids really want to play it.

Even though it is off of the PS3 store, things that have been previously downloaded can be redownloaded. That is how I was able to redownload the demo that I have now. So, similar to the original poster here, if someone has this downloaded on their PS3 account, I could feasibly obtain that copy by downloading it from them. I understand the concern about sharing account information, but I'm not really sure if there is another way.

But, as already mentioned and realized above. After the account you used for download deauthorizes your machine. You will no longer be able to play the download from that account.

Ok I am bad with technology, so how did the OP get a download from somebody? It would seem that there is another way...

He probably left the OP's PS3 authorized (You can have 2 authorized at a time)

Finally started Game of Thrones a couple weeks back. I'm halfway through Season 2, with 3-8 piled up waiting.

The company who published "El Chavo Kart" on Xbox 360 and PS3 was selling new, sealed copies on Amazon for $19.99. They were selling them for a while...and when they sold out, the price for the game skyrocketed.

Most people are not picky as to what exact physical version of a game they have, and may use the Notes field when adding a game into their collection.

True, but it's a shame of a site that seems to strive to be as comprehensive as possible. I certainly am fine dealing with it, but I'd prefer not to have to make notes, lol

Yeah same here... So many games are missing from different versions (like EU or NA). We can just create it, but still...

Yeah, When i 1st joined I tried to add a bunch of things. I didn't know what I was doing but I was turned off by a slew of rejections without any guidance or explanation. turned me off from the whole process. The thread about rejected items doesn't help.

Cool.  I suppose, I can just choose TW and in the description, write that it is the English language version.

I have to write in my own versions at times, it's not ideal but it's not too bad either.

You mean like selecting a European version, then make it the german, french or whatever version?

I'm in NA, so at times I've had to select another region's (UE, JP, etc) game because no NA option is available. Sometimes I use it for variations not logged in the system, sometimes I have to select another consoles version because the one I have isn't here. I go through and update every so often.

Found Friday the 13th CIB for the NES at a local theift store for 24.99 :). I know it's not December still, but I figured it is worth the mention!

Congrats, but man....I played that when I was a kid (And I was a huge horror fan) and it was such a bad game. Nice to find anything that old CIB for sure.
