I started playing Final Fantasy IV: The After Years as part of the Final Fantasy IV Collection on the PSP. I'm at the very beginning, but it feels like the perfect mixture of old school and new school. I love the crisp sprites and the fact that they used the majority of the music from the first FFIV. The moon phases and the ability to perform Bands lets the game stand apart.

For those that don't know, FFIV is my favorite numbered Final Fantasy.

I have like 6-7 different versions of FFIV, first FF I ever played and it's the one that got me hooked.

Good game  ;)

Currently carless :( My last car was a 2006 Mazda Miata, that car was loads of fun. I'm probably gonna get a crap box next to save a little money. Eventually I want to get an older Porsche 911 Carrera 4 AWD Convertible. One of the few affordable sports cars that comes in a manual, AWD, and convertible. Excellent for winters and summers.

Rise of the Tomb Raider PS4
PSVR
Gran Turismo sport
Final Fantasy XV

South Park - I haven't played the first one yet. Hoping for a PS4 release without pre-order.

I was excited for Titanfall 2 on PC, I'm a big fan of the first but reports from the beta are not so good :(

Going back on my previous answer, does anyone remember cable boxes in the early 90s that had a games section you could play with your remote?
I can't seem to find much about them online but I had one of those before I got my NES.

I'm playing "I Am Setsuna" at the moment. I am really enjoying it, although it has a few shortcomings, the nostalgia and beautifully crafted game make up for them. The artwork and music is on point, the story so far is classic, the gameplay and combat are like the older games. Best JRPG I've played in a while.

I'm really hoping this one gets a physical version at some point.
This.  Especially since it's $40 for a digital game.  It's so hard to justify the price on a digital only title.

I found it hard to justify but I really wanted to experience a game like it so I paid the $40. If you can wait, I'm sure it will be discounted soon.

I think there is a physical Japanese copy, issue is that it's more expensive and it's all in Japanese. I might eventually get it for my collection but it's not a priority.

Either Final Fantasy III CIB in Near Mint condition or Final Fantasy I & II Premium Package CIB

Not Mine

I actually like the GH versions, it brings a good game to a wider audience at a cheaper price. It also means that I can keep my Black Label games safe while I play on the Green Label games.

I believe it was Super Mario bros. on the NES.
The NES was my first gaming console and I was quite young. If I played anything before then, I don't remember it.

Depending on the game I usually do 2 playthroughs. I tend to play evil first though, if powers are alliance specific, the evil powers are usually quite a bit better than the good ones.

Playing through Tomb Raider before I get the new one. Great game, I got it for really cheap as well. I'm also trying to get the multiplayer achievements but that's a little more difficult with the servers being so dead.

I tested it on my laptop (preview) and it's alright but have come across a few issues. I haven't upgraded my main rig yet, I have a whole year to upgrade so I'm waiting for issues to be resolved, I want to see how people customize it, how the power users use it .etc There are some features that interest me, we'll see when the time comes.
I'm going to have a hard time upgrading since my OS SSD is almost full, and I'll want to do a clean install on a 250GB SSD instead. I'll have to delete a bunch of stuff, upgrade, than use the key on a fresh install and then transfer anything from my current drive to the new one and then wipe it. I wish i was just given a key :/

I'm in no rush since there is no real benefit to upgrading right now. It's a lot slower on my laptop than W7 was so i know it uses slightly more resources.

Well, all of the actors from the past fifteen years are much older than they were back then, especially Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. There's only so much you can do with makeup and CGI. And they want to move on, so it's fine.

I understand why they needed to move on and I accept it. I just feel like it's a shame, they were such an integral part of the X-men series for me.

I may be completely wrong on this, but I thought all black label copies of Final Fantasy VII were "misprint" versions.  In case you didn't know, all the "misprint" version is, is the letter "I" in one word just kind of floating out in space instead of typed in place.  Every version of FFVII black label that I have ever seen was like this.  The only ones I have seen corrected are the green label greatest hits versions.  Again, I might be totally wrong but that's my thoughts.  I also wouldn't bother looking for two copies of the same game because of one letter out of place.  But hey, that's just me.

The Black Label VIIs are not all misprints. You can find both versions on ebay.

There is also a Green Label Misprint where the inside of the case features 2 pictures of Sephiroth instead of a picture of a ship and one of Sephiroth.
