Either my Genesis or N64. I don't have too many games for either, so they don't get as much attention as my other consoles.

My phone is too old to play FE Heroes properly. It freezes shortly after it starts whenever I try to play it. Not a big loss, but still kinda annoying.

Super hyped for all the new games though! Nice to see Echoes won't have the same art style as Awakening and Fates.

FE Warriors looks awesome.

I'm most excited for Fire Emblem on the Switch. It's been far too many years since a proper console Fire Emblem entry.

Can we remove embeded pictures when quoting quys and gals? Takes up a lot of space with the same pictures for us viewing on mobile

Alternatively, if you feel like the image really needs to be in your quote you can use the following to resize the image for your post.

The 200 can of course be substituted with whatever size you feel is appropriate.

Nope.

- if so, how hard is that to do?

Much more difficult to do for the GBA than something like NES or even SNES games, and even then you still need some extra gear and donor carts to make a repro.

- is the actual game required for play? (I prefer to have the actual game, so that's not an issue. Not interested in getting free games, just want to be able to play them without knowing Japanese.)

No, unless you decide to use the Retron 5 and play it patched that way instead of using official hardware.

You're really better off just getting a GBA flash cart, like Krikzz's new EverDrive GBA X5 or hoping some cheap bootleg repros for the patched game you want show up on AliExpress or eBay.

After adjusting some settings on my CRT and discovering how good the picture quality could have been this whole time, I started to get back into Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance on my GameCube and it is fantastic.

505 Games will distribute a Stardew Valley “Collector’s Edition” at retail for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in early 2017, the publisher announced.

I'm assuming the 70+ hour game you're talking about Persona 3 FES, since it's in your sig. If so, 100% worth it.

Yeah it's that.  It is worth it, but that's why it's taking me so long to post new games beaten.

And the box says there's 30 more hours of additional gameplay after the main story is beat! 

Indeed there is. FES adds the "Answers" story to the post-game that wasn't in the original version of Persona 3, and unfortunately was omitted from Persona 3 Portable.

The Da Vinci Code on the PS2. It's so awful I like to pretend I don't own it, so it's not catalogued in my VGC and it's hidden away in a closet somewhere in my house.

Playing lots of good stuff right now.

The WiiU version of the original Bayonetta is fantastic. Loads of fun so far, with just the right amount of challenge to make it satisfying to progress through.

Still playing through Dragon Quest VIII on the 3DS. It is fantastic, and a pretty impressive port of a PS2 game. I can see myself sinking many hours into this one.

Got back into playing Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and it is so good I can't really remember why I had stopped playing it for a bit. The GBA Fire Emblem titles are some of my favorites. The music is great, the sprite art is great, the story is pretty good, and most importantly it's a lot of fun.

Last but not least, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer on the 3DS. It's a lot of fun if you like the interior design bit of Animal Crossing, though I realize now that I'm not very good at it.

Bumping this thread again, after my posts magically disappeared last night and it got re-buried deep in the general section. I'll just have to repeat myself.

I decided to give this thread a bump as it's been quite a while since this thread was posted in, and we've had plenty of newcomers since then.

The VGC PS4 is open for anyone to join, so feel free to join the rest of us. No invites are necessary to join, but if you're having trouble finding it on your PS4 just post about it here and myself or somebody else already in the community can send you an invite.

Civ III and Team Fortress 2 are a couple big ones for me. I played a lot of TF2 back in high school, and lots of Civ III before that.
