I just bought 2 3DO consoles, the first console has arrived, with a batch of games. Try to guess what model the second one will be.

Nice score! Super jealous of some of those titles...and boxed to boot!  ;D The PC version of the CH Flightstick Pro was one of my favorite accessories. I used to play Descent with that thing for hours on end. I have to imagine the other model you're going to be getting is the FZ-10?  :P

I’ve been watching disc only copies of Rogue Squadron 2 on eBay.
Well, I made a couple of offers on one for $10 and $12 that the dude wouldn’t accept. He wanted $20.
Well, no one bid on his auction. I won the auction for $1.04. Should’ve taken the offer.
Point, Ole Papa Turf.

Hopefully he doesn't pull any nonsense with that. That said, if all goes well, that's an awesome score.  ;D

Rejected edit on alt name of Fight & Rage which according to GameFaqs is the Japanese title for the game. Edit for Switch version was approved recently.  :P

Thanks so much for your hard work on this front! :)

Seconded.  ;D

I kinda do this when it comes to quirky Japanese games that get a US release. Ribbit King, Cubivore, Chulip, Magic Pengel, and many more. A more prominent theme is buying up titles from particular publishers, regardless of what they put out. I did this for a long time with Ascii and Agetec as well as Atlus, Sunsoft and UFO Interactive. Found LOTS of off the beaten path games that way.  ;)

The last time I had Cambell Soup it was gross because the meat in the soup, something was just wrong about it and it felt like I was eating a baby, not that I ever have or ever will. But I don't trust Cambell Soup

nor will I ever buy it again I do know that some people do eat human beings.

(edit) this may seem like a joke but I was being serious, there is a lot of evil twisted people in this world

Obligatory quoting for posterity and what an odd turn.

"This meat has an unusual taste about it! It's buttery like wagyu but has the color and texture of chicken. I wonder if it's the succulent flesh of human babies?!?"  :o

I mean I can't ever recall a time where the first thing I thought of when tasting something funky was to compare it to the taste of a baby. How does one arrive at that train of thought?  :P

Bonjour monsieur,

This is all I understood. I'm pretty sure it means "Oi Cunt" in Strayan and "Sup Bro" in 'Murican.  ;)

That's what I used to do back when I joined up until a year or so ago after losing interest. Knock yourself out editing whatever entry you deem needs it. This database is a user-driven endeavor after all.

I'm coming up on 21K edits since I joined. I think the only people with more are Trip and Silverbow.  :P

I can see the burnout occurring because there is SO MUCH data that needs to be filled in on existing entries not to mention the stuff out there that's yet to be entered.  :o

As far as naming goes, would it work better as they currently are, such as 'Arcade 1Up Pac-Man', or would it be better if they were like Pac-Man (Arcade1up)?  :P

If you look at the history of some of the entries, you can see where "TitleName (Arcade1Up)" has been previously been used but has since been updated. I imagine that using "Arcade1Up TitleName" is best.

LOL so it was renamed to the way I suggested then re-renamed to how it currently is a few days later.  :o

That's fair, leaving well enough alone.  ;)

I personally wouldn't mind if they kept making them. I find they make a much better display piece of that size than say, the abominations that are Funko Pops.

Funko pops are horrible to look at couldn't agree more.

I'm more of a Dorbz guy but that line isn't nearly as popular.  :P

I've got quite a few Pops but no way to display them all. I don't mind the look of them and kinda appreciate the uniform look of the line but some of the ones that they put out border on needlessly excessive if not completely unnecessary. I remember when GameStop was advertising ones for Conan O'Brien and they put out like a half-dozen or so different ones. I was thinking to myself "WHO is into Conan that much that necessitates that line and WHY is GameStop of all companies the one pushing these because WHAT the hell does Conan O'Brien have to do with video games?" Needless to say they were pushed to clearance relatively quickly.  :P

Actually, there are already a few existing entries. I believe they should be categorized as Arcade Cabinets while following a "Arcade1Up TitleName" format.

The Hell...I specifically looked up the same thing and would not get any results.  :o

If I'm being honest, these kind of/sort of fall under both categories, but yeah, they should go under "arcade".

I was waiting on the PTB to determine if they were arcades or dedicated consoles but since dhaabi pointed out they're in arcades already I suppose the precedent is already set.  ;)

As far as naming goes, would it work better as they currently are, such as 'Arcade 1Up Pac-Man', or would it be better if they were like Pac-Man (Arcade1up)?  :P

Posted a comment about this in the Unrelated Thread that got zero traction so I figured I'd put something here. I'm rather surprised there aren't any entries for these yet considering how long they've been out. As I mentioned in that thread, I scooped up one of the Pac-Man 40th Anniversary Editions and want to add but I'd like to know where exactly to add it to. Should it have it's own section or would they full under the generic Arcade umbrella?

Any feedback is appreciated.  ;)
