I couldn't find info on when the system was discontinued, I was just saying because there's only 12 games I don't think it was out long.  My guess it was done by the 80s

APF electronics  went bankrupt in 1983 do to the crash, the last item they made was APF mathemagician in 1980 and APF imagination machine 2 was gonna be released in late 83 to early 84, so i would say it was discontinued between 1981 - 82

APF is one those companies ware all info on them disappeared some how

A friend of mine was looking through my collection earlier and he asked me as to why I have so many duplicates of certain consoles. I tried explaining to him it was for a couple of reasons. That some of them I play almost on a daily basis so they'll naturally experience a lot of wear and a backup will eventually be needed. So I get them whenever I find them cheap. Also for older systems if I'm gonna shell out top dollar for some of the rarer expensive titles especially ones for older systems I like the feeling that I'm always have a working units to play them on. He didn't really seem satisfied with my answer and said that I'm just obsessive and a hoarder. 

What are your guys thoughts on this is owning multiples of consoles a obsessive or hoading behavior?

it depends how many your talking about, 2,3 maybe 4 is no problem, when you have 5+ of the same console or game, you need to talk to your family physician about OCD,anxiety and mental illness also if you are experiencing extreme difficulties letting go of an item, that's another reason to talk to your family physician

my source of information, i have mental illness and i have some problems with this also i do a lot of research on this type of stuff for some reason

Racing - Umm.. because Racing? What racing collection is complete without the definitive, one-and-only, genre creating game. Joking aside, this looks as budget as you can get but the title is hilarious. Bonus points for having a Mitsubishi Evo 5 or 6 on the cover art.

the name sounds as hilarious as the the two games that i have called create city and  snowmobile racing

nba jam extreme (CIB and its still sealed the original shrink rap)
diablo best seller series edition (never been opened )

odyssey 2 box art to me is the best, something about it late 70s/ early 80s futuristic neon look that captures my eye, there is just no other box art like it as far as i know of (the colors of the art is a lot more bold in real life)





i just love PC big boxes, the way they look on a shelf and art that some of them had is just incredible
