(PS3) Fallout 3: GOTY Edition question

I ordered a copy of Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition on eBay for $16.50 and it comes with a holographic-like slipcover and black case (which I'm assuming is a generic PS3 case) and is complete with disc and manual. I'm having an issue finding information on this variant. It's not a greatest hits label. I asked the seller about the black case being generic and he insists that it's how he bought it at Best Buy. I just ordered a new mint PS3 clear case to swap it out-but I want to make sure the black case is not the original, so that I may swap it with an PS3 authentic case. Does anyone have any information on the GOTY edition with the holo slipcover? Here are three photos to help. I also saw a sealed copy of this edition with a normal clear case with the slipcover for $99 on eBay.

My best guess is that he got it pre-owned, since that looks like a generic  ps3 case that stores use when they dont have the original clear ps3 cases.

I thought as much. I've never seen a black PS3 case unless it was a generic store case. I ordered a new mint PS3 OEM case, so I'll replace it with that. Now my issue is finding more information on this edition that comes with the holo slipcovers.

Double post: After viewing more photos the seller sent, it looks like it's a slipcover with a flap. Just in case that information helps anyone to figure out if this was included with all GOTY, first print or something else. I've seen it referenced here: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=197962 as a gatefold slipcover in the Xbox 360 US/CA section.
