Right now, if you purchase a game for $29.99 or more from Best Buy they will throw in a copy of Destiny 2.

It automatically adds based on you chosen console for the first game, but still works if you manually add Destiny when buying a Switch title.

Make sure the store you are getting it from has both games in stock or the deal doesn't work.
If the games are not available in your area, just order online and have the games shipped.

And it doesn't have to be an immediate purchase: pre-orders work as well.  So, if you have a pre-order hanging out, you can cancel and re-place it to get the Destiny 2 copy.
