Support to import game data or link directly from thegamedb.net

thegamedb.net provide easy to use API to query games info. Rather than to force user to add games info time to time, it's much easier to allow user to import from thegamedb.net, or sync the database from thegamedb.net, or even better, use the game data from thegamedb.net directly.

(Disclaimer: This is my opinion only and it does not represent the opinions of the rest of the VGCollect staff.)

I dunno if that's a good idea.

Not only because they're technically a competitor (heh) but from what little I saw, they don't seem to make much distinction between regional releases or variants. For example, Mario Kart 64 only has the US data, and a Million Seller cover. The NeoGeo platform doesn't have regional sections. And so on. What if you have an Europe or Asia collection? Importing a collection from there could be quite difficult.

They do seem like a good site, but we're much more specialized in some aspects.
