how rare is the War: CD-ROM Power Pack there are pictures of it and info on what is games comes with it on mobygames but thats just about it
and does it have any value

its an old compilation pack from softkey multimedia released in 1995 the two games are Operation Combat II: By Land, Sea and Air for dos and The Big 3 for windows and one piece of educational software World War II A Historical Perspective for windows all one cd

I can't seem to find very much about it myself. No one on ebay seems to have it so either it's rare or no one's looking for them. Generally it's the first scenario. People will put anything on ebay.

I found a new article from 1995 that says the game was $15.00 US back then.

That's all I can find. No info on what it's worth today unfortunately.
