Is Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness even worth playing?

I picked up a copy at a Goodwill recently and the only reason I did so was mostly because of it's namesake and that alone. I've heard nothing but bad things about it throughout the years. So should I sink time into it or should I just skip it. What did you guys think of it?

Not the greatest tomb raider game but I do think you should give it a shot and see if you like it. Give yourself time to see if you can get used to the controls.

I rented it a long time ago and found it pretty ok, not the best Tomb Raider game but worthwhile my time atleast.

Yeah I've heard that the controls are worse than even that of the originals. That right there scares the hell out of me.
