I saw that when I was looking. Apparently though, the difference is that the Razor Ripsaw is made to use OBS and X-Split. AVerMedia Live Gamer Extreme has it's own software.

I use one of these for my classic systems, it's cheap, but it can capture a 240 or lower signal.
