I went to the Seattle Retro Gaming Expo and got a nice haul.

I found a pawn shop way out in the boonies that has some actual variety to their video games. A variety I haven't seen at any pawn shop or games stores in my area. And the prices aren't terrible.

Some fun grabs from the local exchange shop- excited to get full metal alchemist and choro q!



This was a weird one, I went to pick these up a few weeks ago but when I went to pick them up along with a console the guy couldn't find the discs once I got there. Obviously, I was bummed but He told me he would call me if he found the discs and I said sure whatever. The console ended up being in great shape so it wasn't a total loss. Well today he messages me that he found the discs and I'm glad he did. These are some of the nicest condition xbox games I've ever owned, whoever owned these took great care of them. I'm going to upgrade a number of games from my collection with these.  It also helped that it came out to about a $1 a game... There's also several games here I have never tried here too so all in all, I'm super happy! Also got a couple of xbox cd holders, don't really have anything to put in them but they look cool!


I also got a great haul of nes, vita and genesis on friday, i'll need to remind myself to post a picture later.

alundra with map usa version, already had the pal version but it came dirt cheap in a set and one of my favourite games to play on the ps1 with better cover art. I'd rather play this game than link to the past snes for the simple fact that it is different visually and in terms of music. also allot darker  alundra > link to the past easily

Skyblazer from an old deal already made my money back long time ago but the condition was a bit less.

Than again box is very straight a bit less than my desired condition but the condition is good enough and it's a fun game also finding cib snes deals these days have not gotten easier in the slightest especially not for uncommon titles such as skyblazer.

My birthday was yesterday and as always my girlfriend did not disappoint with the amazing gaming gifts she got me! The second pic was a deal I worked out with a local collector. I'm going to try and pick up one heavy on the Saturn quarterly so this fall I'll be picking up another $150+ dollar title. Really eyeing Burning Rangers, but we'll see.

I've been playing the PS4 version pre-patch planing to do the update after i at least get the good ending. It's been good so far there.

EDIT: Okay half hour in all of my problems with the switch port are graphical so far. The downgrade in charcter models is ridiculously low (yes even for the Switch). The crystals on Miriam's skin you can tell they are just a texture and extremely blurred and her model also happens to be blurred so i guess the crystals might be double blurred? Ran into 2 glitches in the port so far (this is after the 1.01 update BTW) Killed a Seama (tentacle mook that looks like it's out of a hentai) the otem drop got suspended midair and couldn't collect it but it was collected when i opened the nearby chest. The other one well during dialogue... the damn background goes plaid. Outside of that i don't notice a difference in gameplay between the 2 versions
