Need photo proof that 182876 has text "Lovely Edition" on the packaging. I found one picture of that version but it was front picture only and that text isn't present.

I have updated the entry to use a descriptor, and put Lovely Edition into alt-name and description.

Unreleased (but official) is only to be used for prototypes and things that were manufactured but never released officially. For official product entries that are announced but not yet released, use Official Release (Upcoming)

Ok, so the release was wrong, but you fixed it. :)

Regarding Lovely Edition, does the publisher's own description not suffice https://www.iam8bit.com/products/untitled-goose-game-lovely-edition-playstation-4 ?

We're not interested in tracking SKUs on some website.

The example I like to use is: if someone finds this item at a thrift store, how could they know it is called Lovely Edition if that text is not present on the item itself? If you cannot tell from the item itself in sealed form that it has a name like this, that name should not be in the item title. It is perfectly fine to put that information in the description, because that is the place to put trivia.

Dragon Marked for Death

Cover Art is incorrect.  Nintendo puts publisher logo on the front of box.  Inti creates is not the publisher, Nighthawk Interactive is the publisher.  Simple ebay search will show that all copies of this game have the Nighthawk logo and not the inti creates logo.

Submitted correction and it was rejected.

Is the "Best Seller" moniker for GameCube games a label variation or a separate release?

There are items in the DB that have both (Best Seller) and "- Best Seller" and I was looking for some clarification.
Currently Playing:

I did a reject on it as well, must have been the second time. The reason for reject was (as it happened before reading your post) was that the replacement artwork had a ton of whitespace around it.

I fixed the images on the entry.

Looking at an example, Super Mario Strikers, it seems that Best Seller is just a cover variation vs the original. The disc is not any different. The case number and UPC are the same. The two main differences is the presence of the Best Seller starburst on the front and different cover numbers on the back.

Okay, I will fix all the ones that have a dash to parenthesis. Thanks for clarifying :)

Space Hulk: Vengeance of the Blood Angels
https://vgcollect.com/item/86290

Looking for some assistance on this game.
There seems to be two versions of the cover, The main difference is the color behind 'Vengeance of the Blood Angels' text being Yellow or Red.

MobyGames only has the one cover in red as the German release.
GameFAQs has the yellow version as the EU release (seen GameFAQs use stock images incorrectly many times)
Doing a search on Ebay, I was only able to find sales with the red.

Any help clarifying this would be great.

Below are some photos I took of the game I own.

Cover that was on entry, and cover on GameFAQs is of the instruction manual. Fixed cover.

I don't really feel like creating a new topic just to ask this question.  Should non-platform holder approved releases be considered official, unofficial, or homebrew?

In terms of the database, the Release Type is in relation to the console category. It has nothing to do with whether or not the people who made the item or software had a license agreement with anyone to make the product. So for a game that was released on physical media for a Nintendo console after the fact, if it is not an officially licensed Nintendo Product, it is an Unofficial Release.

No physical game should be set to homebrew. An entry in a physical category is for the item itself, not for the game content. See this text from the Advanced Guide:

Quote
Homebrew vs Unofficial Release
A homebrew that is released commercially for a console is considered to be an aftermarket or unofficial release in terms of the database. For a physical item, which is tracked in a physical game category, the context is for the item itself, not the data content.
Example: Pier Solar and the Great Architects (the game data) is a homebrew, but the products that contain the data is an Unofficial Release.

This has a release date listed but I've never seen it in stores. At first I was going to post this because of the wrong box art but I did some digging and can't find this on Gamestop or Amazon.

There's no indication of a Xbox One release on the official site.

Perhaps it's a digital release? I know nothing about Xbox One digital marketplace so I have no way to verify that.

That's a Japanese release. It has been merged with the proper listing into the Japanese Xbox One category.
