That Harry Potter exists too. You can find plenty on Ebay.
I looked and looked and could not find a North American copy that has "Philosopher's Stone" in the title on Ebay. They're all the Sorcerer's Stone 
In that listing (https://vgcollect.com/item/108460), the box art says "Sorcerer's stone". The disc says "Philosopher's Stone" but is not North American, it doesn't have an ESRB rating.

No I see the issue. You are talking about the gamecube release but I was thinking of the Playstation release. For the Playstation, there was a "Philosopher's Stone" release sold in Canada. That is the one you can find on ebay.
https://vgcollect.com/item/45451It is possible that a Gamecube also exists, but you are correct, all of the art is wrong and there is no information. I do not recognize any of the owners, if no one else knows them, then we can perhaps merge with the correct US release.
